I needed this to plug in a few things in a hard to reach spot on my deck. It works great and the app is quick and responsive to turn the outlets on/off. It has some cool timer features that were unexpected, but nice - could be used for outdoor lights. One minor issue is that the plug goes straight down making it difficult to plug into an outdoor covered outlet. It would be better if it were at a 45 degree angle. As it stands, now, I have to plug it into the top plug which blocks the bottom plug.One feature I'd like to see added is sequential power on. I'm using it to power a receiver, subwoofer, and AppleTV on my deck. I'd like to be able to enter the number of seconds from the "all power on" to when the individual outlets get power. For instance, the Apple TV and receiver could be powered up immediately, but delay the subwoofer by 10 seconds.

This WiFi plug works great once I got it to connect to the app and setup. I had to go into my WiFi router setup and shut the 5ghz channel off to get the plug setup for use. After I got the 5ghz shut off setup was all “gravy” afterwards. After a few unsuccessful attempts I was on the verge of printing up the return label before I realized the device would not setup properly with that 5ghz channel on. Love it, can use my smart phone (iPhone 6s) or Alexa or set a timer on the proprietary app to turn off and on. It has 3 outlets that can be controlled individually off and on. Coolest thing ever!! Not sure about it’s claim of being waterproof as it is plugged in under my covered porch running my Christmas lights. I don’t have to get back out of bed to go outside to turn the lights off anymore.....SCORE! I would definitely buy again if I have the need for more WiFi plugs.

We purchased this product to use for our outdoor holiday lights. It took a few minutes to set up and connect, but overall a very easy process if you follow the steps that are sent with the product. It’s so awesome to be able to control my outside lights using my Amazon Echo and not having to go outside to turn them on or off or deal with solar timers!

This was easy to add to the Smart Life app and include in a couple different automations. You can program/control all three outlets separately. They are seen as both a combined device and as three unique devices. I had been buying all of my home automation products from another manufacturer, but since this worked just fine, I will add JACKYLED products to the consideration set for future purchases.

It took a while to get setup on WiFi until I disabled "guest isolation" which prevented my phone and the outlet talking to each other. For Alexa control, it doesn't seem to allow controlling the outlets individually even though they can be using their own app. The app only seems to allow naming the entire unit, not individual outlets.

It would be nice if it has individual switches for each outlet.Update after 2 months of use- “Headache” Noticed it switches off automatically by itself for unknown reason. Possibly need a firmware update. App says it up to date. Manufacturer needs to look into it.

***EDIT*** DIED AFTER 3 MONTHS OF USE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, BUYER BE WARE.Works surprisingly good. Have it installed in my back yard to control my above ground pool pump and fence lights. One issue is the the pool pump has a reset switch and every time I turn off the pump it resets that breaker. So I have to manually reset it every time I want to turn back on. May just be the pump and not a flaw in this product. Overall satisfied, wifi stays connected and app has good features, integrates with google home well.

I'm using this on my kitchen counter to keep speakers and Alexa plugged in worry-free. The outlet performs well in that role, although it seems to be meant for areas with a little more space. It's bulky and a little inflexible, but it gets the job done.
