A few days and this is the perfect iron. Sturdy, easy to use and does not drip. The vapor jet is strong and very effective on shirts leaving them without creases the first time you pass on them. Tried it vertically on a linen shirt and did it very well too. It is slightly bigger than usual but this is a good thing b/c it covers a larger area while giving you the chance to get to the smaller corners of the shirt. I love using it and am looking forward to my next ironing session. I hope it will stay that way...Will try to update you later.. I wish it were double voltage to take it on my travels to Europe where it is 220V.

This iron work well

Cap to water reservoir does not close tightly. Frustrating when quality control is not done prior to shipping. Also, this particular item appears to have been opened before. Inner packaging ripped, extra tape on box. Will definitely be returning.

Iron works as it should and has good heat. Steam works great but when you tilt iron up to set down while moving clothes it has a strong loud burst of steam when goes vertical. Wastes a lot of water and has to be filled up with every use.

Ideal steam iron for use on the most stubborn of wrinkles with the proper heat and weight to make the chore of ironing a bit quicker and easier. Priced to meet most budgets.

Seems to have something in the sensors that keep turning itself off. Instructions do not help. Have to unplug and wait 5 minutes to get it going again. Would be a good item if it worked properly. Now its just something to make me mad. Stay away from this one.

i tried before Philips iron that was a bit expensive than it and don't have such a long wire and quality features. it have such a strong steam blaster that is enough for any kind of wrinkles. over all good quality product. highly recommended.

The only thing I didn’t like was the outside box was nice but the inside one was crushed and the tip of the iron was poking thru the box. So it was sent to me by the seller that way. I hope it’s ok. This is my second one like it. I do like it.
