Comparison of ACcase and Origami case for Voyage
I can't add much information that's not already in the reviews, but I just wanted to pile on another five-star rating because of the nasty things online that I read about this case before I ordered it. Yes, the leather is PU, but it's really pretty, looks just like regular leather, and the color ("sky blue," really turquoise or teal) is great and different from all my other Kindle cases. And yes, there is a bit of a chemical smell when you first open the package, but it dissipates rapidly and wasn't that bad to start with. The auto wake-sleep works perfectly (unlike some other non-Amazon cases that claimed to have that feature), and the magnet is fine. I also got the Origami case for the Voyage, and the two cases side by side are just about exactly the same size, thickness, and weight. Both are light and compact. The main thing the ACcase doesn't have is a way to stand it up, but I've gotten used to that with my other cases. It's not a deal breaker for me. And the price is outstanding. It does take a while to get it via mail when you're spoiled by Prime. The best feature of the Origami over this one is that the stand-up easel-style case is super handy for when you're eating or just resting your hands. The bad thing about the Origami is that it takes some getting used to in order to open it. First, it doesn't open like a book but more like a pad of paper, flipping the top cover over the back cover. Then, when you start to lift the cover, the easel stand causes it to "break" along the Origami lines, and it's just awkward. Both covers hold the Voyage securely, but it's much easier to remove the Voyage from the Origami.I think I will probably use both just for variety, and I'd give both five stars. You can't go wrong with either one, but the ACcase is definitely the better buy.

Sky Blue is perfect choice for me.
I was looking for a case to protect my new Kindle Voyage. I knew the origami case style would not be useful for me to justify the expense. I have an ACcase for my Kindle Keyboard, so I was confident in the quality. I ordered the "sky blue" hoping that it would look more like the turquoise color appearing on my monitor, and it does! The Voyage fits very snugly into the case. It's a little tricky to remove, but that's a good feature. It's not going to fall out. The magnetic closure keeps the case securely closed and the wake/sleep function works perfectly. The black plastic part of the case wraps around the edges of the Voyage with a molded cut-out for the power button, and plenty of clearance for the charger port. There is no unpleasant odor.I paid a few bucks extra for faster shipping. I ordered on Saturday, November 8 and received on Wednesday, November 12. With a Sunday and a postal holiday in the time frame, I'd say that was excellent. BTW, it shipped from Delaware. The price was right and I'm confident that my Voyage is well protected in this case, and it's my favorite color!

It's beautiful, it works, and I love it.
I bought the "Sky Blue" case and color is absolutely gorgeous - more "Sky Blue" than the turquoise-ish product photo would suggest, but it's still a rich color and I love it. (For some reason the product photo also makes the case look to me like it has a suede leather texture, but in actuality it's smooth with a finished leather look. The case is a bit heavier than similar cases I've bought for other devices (as at lease one other reviewer has mentioned), but some of those cases have felt pretty flimsy compared to this one. The reader I've been using most recently is one of the early Kindle Keyboards, and with it's official cover on it feels like it might be made out of treated lumber. Before that, I was using the Sony PRS-T2 with its official cover. It was (in its heyday) one of the lightest e-readers by a pretty wide margin - maybe even the very lightest - and now when I pick it up it doesn't feel appreciably lighter than my new Voyage in this case. The point being, even if the case feels a little heavier at first than what you're used to, I think you'll stop noticing it pretty quickly. I had big ideas about weighing my various devices in their cases and reporting my findings here, but now I'm sitting here typing with my old, slippery and extremely heavy 17" MBPro in my lap and a comatose cat curled up against me, and I just can't make that happen right now. (It's also possible that I decided it would be a colossal waste of time.)The on/off feature works perfectly, and the case feels good in the hand. I always read with the cover folded around the back of the case - I think that's pretty universal. I'm somewhat ambidextrous and usually switch hands many times when I'm reading but probably hold it in my left hand most often, and the case feels sturdy, stable, and comfortable when I'm holding it from either side. The cover is a little thicker than some others I've seen, but I like that. I have relatively large hands for a woman (not "man hands," but you know... not unsubstantial) and I find it a little easier to hold on to the reader than I would if the cover had a thinner profile - especially since the Voyage has such as narrow (fake) bezel. By itself, it doesn't give you much to hold on to.There is a tiny manufacturing defect - the hard plastic edge around one side of the charging port is rough and a little bit pointy - almost like something sharp dug into it and pushed up a tiny piece of plastic - but 30 seconds with a nail file will eliminate the problem. I just haven't gotten around to removing the reader so I can do it because it's not really bothering me. It's a very minor issue that doesn't affect much of anything. The fit of the reader inside the case is perfect, and it went in easily enough that I didn't think I was going to crack my reader, but not so easily that I worried it wouldn't be snug. It's definitely not coming out by accident. All in all, if I was buying another reader, I'd buy this case again as well.

Great quality!!!
Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this case! Fits the 2014 Kindle Voyage perfectly - very difficult to find cases for this Kindle that aren't cheap or tacky. Glad I was able to get this at such a great price aswell!!!

Sharp looking protector
This is a very slim, sharp looking protector. It was very easy to place my voyager into it. The double magnetic clips work well at keeping it closed. I hope it lasts as long as my 1st protector did (7 years). Time will tell. Highly recommend.
