Can I cut these smaller? I don't want something 11 x 11, or folded up, for use in my small sink.

Absolutely you can cut them, and easily. I cut one and leave a piece in each bathroom. Also, even though they do not smell bad after a week, or two or three, I throw them in the dishwasher. I will never use a sponge again.

How many cloths do you actually get in one order?

We got 5. More than enough so you can share. I have used mine since Christmas and it does not smell at all and it cleans great! Highly recommend.
