Just what I needed
I have a Kitchen Aid mixer and I have the standard food grinder attachment. These made that so much more versatile and I use it all the time now. The standard face plate mashed things up a bit too much. This is much better

Worked great for coarse grinds
These grinding plates are just what I was looking for! I needed a coarser grind than the stock plates provided and these worked great. They seem to be made of quality metal and are thick and heavy, like the original plates. They fit perfectly in my 4 year old Kitchen Aid grinder.

there are 6 plates total in the full set. I would order the set that has them all, not these! Smokehouse Chef stands behind their products, this is an excellent vendor! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, if something isn't right, they will make it right! they did for me and im very pleased with them!

got some chips in the steel on the first day everything was tight on my machine not sure if the tolerances were off on these or what but used a smaller diameter hole disc and it worked well... so out of 4 one was a problem.
