Why did I never see these before?!
Bought 2 of these. I am 63 yr old female and I put it together easily myself with no helpers. Make sure you have a large enough space to lay everything out. It is not heavy to move when finished, just awkward, so I would try to do it near where it will be placed. First one took longer, 2nd one about an hour. One confusing thing was when the directions said to screw the bottom side only. They DO mean just one side gets a screw (you'll see). Placing the pieces together is simple, as long as you keep everything aligned. Nice little nibs in the long pieces to make sure of that...don't whack too hard or they will break off...oops...but no worries, you will see where they were anyway, for aligning. The boxes I had (22x16x13) are a bit small for the holes, but will work. They kind of wiggle around a bit because they don't hit the front and back edges of the frame at the same time. But they won't go anywhere so I won't replace the boxes. But good to know that I could've stored MORE in each space. When replacing boxes I will get the 30gal Sterilite boxes other reviewers mentioned. But I love the clear ones so that even with my labeling, I can still see what is inside. In the meantime, I can put shallow boxes on top of my boxes, and hang things off the top posts. By the way, my garage floor isn't level, so I added shims to make it level. I did not want to use the posts and screws to fasten it to the wall because I could offset those posts so that they fit INSIDE the studs, thereby saving space in the room. To fix it to the wall to prevent tip-over, I screwed a strap onto the SIDE of a stud high up and ran it straight across the back of the unit, and into a close-by stud at the other side. Safe, and yet more room. Love that these won't rust! Thought about closing up the pvc pipe holes in the verticals so that bees would not want to nest inside, but thought I would wait to see if it was even an issue. Love these! Very strong once fully assembled, don't worry!

Housewife vs. Stuff: Housewife wins!
Love this storage system! This is my second time purchasing this item. I timed myself, and I assembled it in ONE HOUR, including a major mistake on my part! (I'm a housewife, not a NASA engineer.) The PVC pipes are flexible and easy to manipulate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING VASALINE or any type of oil to make pipes slide together easily. You want the friction/tension for when it's time to support the weight of your tubs. If the pipes are slippery, you run the risk of them slipping, and the weight of the tubs might make the unit sag, or sway. The manufacturer's instructions don't say anything about needing vasaline or oil. I put this together with just a drill and willpower! I whacked the poles into position with my fist, and I would turn the entire unit around so that gravity was in my favor. **ASSEMBLE THIS UNIT IN THE ROOM WHERE IT WILL GO!!** It is too large and akward to try and assemble it in one location, and then move it to where you want it to be located permanently. I recommend assembling it in a 10' x 10' EMPTY area. ( I know this is kinda tricky because you're probably putting it in an area that is a mess, full of boxes, and tubs. You're going to be sorting things and putting them into tubs that fit the unit anyway, so clean out the room where you're putting this storage unit, assemble it, then put the items for storage in the unit.) I used Sterelite brand 30 gallon tubs from Wal-Mart. They were $7.93 each. I don't know if this was a deal or not, but I'm just including these figures so that you can compare the cost. I would definately purchase this item again, but I sure hope I don't have to store any more stuff!! Please note that I was able to fit larger tubs on the top row, but this only works if you have the ceiling height needed to accommodate the increased height. I'm including a photo of the two units side by side (mostly to brag that my basement is very tidy!). Don't judge! There's a bunch of PTA stuff in those tubs!! ;0)

Great Product
Sorry to read the one reviewer's problems with assembly. It is a little complicated to assemble and does require quite a bit of muscle power to slide the tubes through the fittings (someone suggested a rubber mallet; that would be a good idea). I am an older (but fit) guy and I am sore all over from all of the pushing and pulling required to get the tubes in place. And as other reviewers mentioned you will need an 8' x 8' space to assemble, and a power tool to sink the 100-plus screws is a MUST! It took me about 2 hours of concentrated effort to assembly the bin warehouse. With those caveats aside, the product performs exactly advertised. We had a mish-mash of tubs and bins, and I bought a couple of 25 gallon bins which are HUGE.The product claims to be able to accommodate up to 35 gallon bins, but the 25 gallon bins are really big. I would think 35 gallon bins would start to get too heavy to easily remove. The 25 gallon bins fit nicely into the frame. I plan to eventually upgrade all of our bins to the 25 gallon size.We are very happy with the bin warehouse. We were able to collect all of our stored stuff from all of the locations around the house into the storage system with room to grow. Also, awesome delivery response. I ordered on a Thursday morning using the super saver shipping thinking I would receive in a week. Boy was I surprise when I came home Friday afternoon (the next day!) to find the bin warehouse at my front door. Amazing.

Sturdy, Well Made, and Back By Great Customer Service
I’ve ordered three of these units now because they’re so well made and sturdy. Makes the garage look organized and gives my home so much more storage than it had before. One of the units was damaged during shipping and the seller responded promptly to resolve the problem - great customer service that stands by its product. 10/10 would recommend!
