Very beautiful chandler, comes as pictured. Be prepared to assemble crystals for an hour or so.

I’ve installed many light fixtures and I’m comfortable with electrical work, so I assumed this light would be no different. I was wrong, this is a tough install. Putting the crystals on and general assembly is easy, but running the wires through the unit and getting hooked up properly took about 4 hours. You absolutely need 2 people. Still a 5 star review though because this light is beautiful! Brings a very classy look to the room. Has the perfect mix of crystals-to-Black metal.

took a bit to assemble with all the crystals to hang. Install took 2 people as it is pretty heavy. Looks great and worth the effort.

I sooo badly want to give this 0 stars for the absolute NIGHTMARE of assembly & install but it is sooo incredibly beautiful! Definitely one of my most favorite purchases in awhile! Please, make sure you have a few bottles of wine ready to go b4 you start attaching the crystals. I recently bought a smaller version for the hall- that one came fully assembled (at a fraction of the cost) with very durable clips! This one, ha!! The directions would of been written better by a 5 year old. A quick video tutorial would of been helpful- they give you almost like a tack that you have to bend the edges to on the frame & the other side on the crystal. I did not get white gloves but made due with other gloves I had (otherwise you'll have 28291 finger prints on the crystals) I thought the worst was over once I got all the crystals on (and a few that fell off in between moving & install) but the wiring is ridiculous. If they came up with a simple plug in harness, itd save the customer a giant headache. At 30lbs you'll need to either make a hoist with heavy duty wire/strap or have two people. That part was a b!! I think it took about 8 hours total .. you'll need the wine! HOWEVER! I cannot stress enough how gorgeous this chandelier is!! It is soo elegant & stunning! Id hate to say it (sucker for punishment?) But Id likely buy it again. . Seller should offer an assembled price, itd be worth the extra $!!!

Not perfect. But really love it. It's the off pottery barn version. And it works. Does take some time to assemble, but worth it. Ads charm to my house. The lights are added perfection. I can't stop looking at it. Found the light bulbs on amazon as well. Will link.

This lamp was beautiful! I had it professionally installed. After less than a year hanging, one of the metal chain loops broke and the lamp crashed to the table. Thankfully no one was sitting at the table or they would have been severely injured. The chandelier is very heavy. As the lamp fell it pulled loose the electric wires and shorted out half of my house. Now I need an electrician and a new chandelier. If I could give this a negative star rating I would. Beautiful but DANGEROUS. The chain and loops do not support the weight of the chandelier, at least mine did not. BEWARE!!!

Gorgeous light fixture. We assembled it while watching TV. It did take a while but I'm patient my husband on the other hand is not but, he made it through his sides. I was able to find a rhythm while adding the crystals and it went well. We had our handy man install it. It took him a few hours (2) but he's very patient and enjoyed the challenge. The light fixture looks beautiful but, I can not find the light bulbs for it. They seam to be E12 LED's but it's not a candelabra twist bulb. It's more for a plug in light bulb and we can not find them anywhere. I've gone to Lowe's, Homedepo and a specialty lamp store and they all say the E12 is a regular candelabra light bulb but they don't fit. Anyone out there know where I can find them or if they are in a different name. I want to turn on my beautiful light fixture .
