Pleased with product. Seems like good quality, feels comfortable on wrist. I previously ordered large from another company but it was much too big. This one is plenty big enough for a woman's wrist.

Great value for the money. Strap is comfortable and seems just as good as the original. I brought the small one and it fits very well.

Does the job, alright quality. Fit isn't the best as the strap is a bit stiff compared to the genuine straps. The bit by the fitbit is completely stiff so it's very oval and sticks out a bit on a smaller wrist (size small). Cut is a little bit rough by the fitbit so it can be a bit tough to get the straps into the slots. Can definitely tell it's not as good as genuine, but does the job alright.

Lovely strap for the fitbit Alta. Very comfy, easy to fit and I love the colour!

Very disappointed, ordered this to replace the strap on my fitbit as the previous one had just failed. It had outlasted the factory one by several months, and I was hoping this would yield a similar performance (as the previous one is no longer available) and this was the closest match I could find.Things where wrong from the moment it was delivered. The colour I ordered, and that was pictured, was not the one I received. At first I was not very impressed and contemplated returning it, but I decided to keep it as it seemed more robust than the one it was replacing. - This was a decision I would later regret.Within two weeks of occasional use (just worn around the house, no water, no chemicals, loosely fitted, etc.) the small plastic loop that holds the excess length of strap in place had snapped, meaning I had to tie the excess portion of the strap down with string, so as to avoid further damage to the strap or even accidentally loosening it and risking damaging my device.This did not last long and the strap began to deteriorate further, to the point where I no longer feel comfortable wearing the device with it. Once again my device will be consigned to sitting in a draw whilst I seek a more robust and reliable replacement.As usual with these cheaper products, you get what you pay for and as I have seen written countless times, it is not worth it to send the item back, as this would cost half as much again, if I were able to return it in the first place that is.If you are looking for a good strap to replace yours, then look elsewhere. This is not for you, and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone either. Spend a little extra and be safe in the knowledge it will last more than a fortnight of occasional use.

Easy to use and good value for money. Easy to connect to app and set as you want. Little bit hard to ready in sun but otherwise I like it. So far step count is correct.
