Profound beyond comprehension
Dostoevsky is the ultimate writer. He dismantles the moral delimna in a way that hits you so hard and true. Many writers conceptualize an entire book around 1 profound idea. Dostoevsky doles them out like candy at Halloween. Every page. Every paragragh almost. His books always circle around to the ultimate good, which I love, and the depth which he reaches toward the human soul is only rivaled by jordan peterson. These books are art.

A fantastic set of Dostoevsky’s greatest works at an unbeatable price. The editions are simple but totally readable. Perfect for anyone getting into his writing.

Quality is iffy but overall a nice purchase.
Book set is very nice and the red bow wrapped around everything is a great touch. My only issue(s) with this purchase is the condition in which it came to me. Several of the book pages look very dirty and have dark markings on them. The corner of one of the books on the end are damaged. And some of the pages on one particular book of the set are in poor condition. Overall, I’ll still keep the set, but it’s annoying to give someone a gift that looks like this.
