Will this coat be warm enough for sub-zero Fahrenheit temperatures?

This is the warmest coat I have ever owned. I have not had sub zero temps yet but I imagine it would be warm for short spells in weather that cold:) I love it!! I don't own a car, live in Michigan and either walk or bike everywhere so I need a warm coat!

The description says 100% Sherpa lined. Since it's 100% that would include the sleeves too?

Body is lined with 100% sherpa while the sleeves are lined with 100% polyester.

does the fabric cling to the body?

No cling that I've noticed. I'd say it rather conforms to the body which helps keep in the heat.
