Asthetically pleasing, but not sure if it’s worth it.
I was so excited to receive this but when it came, one of the pieces was broken into 3 parts. Part of me just wanted to keep it and save myself the hassle, but the wood was splintered beyond repair. Thankfully a new one was sent to me right away. The new one was all in one piece, however there were a few damaged spots. At that point I really didn’t need the hassle so I put it all together and was done with the entire ordeal. The product looks nice, it’s great quality. But I can’t help but be frustrated that I spent SO much money on it only for it to be damaged twice. Plus it smells so so bad. In fact, the smell was so strong I was coughing and felt like I was having a reaction to the chemicals in the wood. I can’t help but wonder, if this is affecting me like this, what is it doing to everyone’s pets? Lastly, I wish there was a better way this could’ve been packaged. I’m still trying to clean up stryafoam. It’s seriously everywhere. Another health hazard for pets, in a pet based furniture product.
