The main issue I have is the handling of the package by the Amazon delivery person. The battery alone weighs around 53lbs., and care needs to be taken when moving it. After reading other reviews, I was concerned about the delivery and chatted with two different Amazon support people about having the box pointing "this end up". The package had two sides with red arrow stickers pointing up to indicate how the box should be facing. I also left delivery instructions in the order about this. However, the delivery person did not pay attention to any of this and put the box sideways. Luckily, a family member got the box right after delivery and put it the correct way. I did call Amazon to tell them about this issue, and I hope that someone finally does something to prevent it from occurring again. The box the battery came in is thick cardboard. There were styrofoam sheets on each side and a lot of bubble wrap to cover up and fill the remaining area. The styrofoam sheets were somewhat crushed because of the box mishandling and who knows what else, and there were styrofoam bits everywhere, which I had to get a vacuum with a hose out to clean up. The battery itself seemed in good condition with no noticeable leaking or damage. I checked the battery charge, and it was 12.6 volts. The battery was brand new, and the manufacture date was the same month I ordered the battery. The price for the battery was the best I saw online, and I did not have to ship my old battery back. I took my old battery to an auto parts store, and they gave me $10 store credit even though I did not buy the battery there. It is probably better to order the battery when the temperature is not really hot or really cold outside. Also, do not wait until your battery dies before replacing it. If your battery is more than a few years old and you see the charge on your old battery when not in use is only around 11.6 volts, it would be a good idea to replace it before you get stuck with a dead battery in your car. If your battery is placed in an area of your car that requires a vent hose, this battery has 2 vent holes and comes with 1 plug (attached to the red cover piece for the positive terminal) for the unused vent hole. It does not come with a vent hose or elbow, and you should just use the parts that were on the battery you are removing. Excluding the delivery issue, I would recommend ordering this battery from Amazon.

Fits my 2016 Kia Sorento perfectly. Tried a few quick cranks after installing and it started right away each time. My only critique is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to return my old battery, so I’ll run it up to a local auto parts store. I’m concerned that most people are just going to throw theirs in the landfill though.

Purchased this battery about three months ago and it has started having problems holding a sufficient charge to start the vehicle, even from just sitting over night in mild temperatures. When I contacted Amazon about a return or replacement they directed me to AC Delco customer support, their number was included in the purchase invoice from Amazon. Delco customer support was awesome. The service rep gave me the email for the warranty department and told me to include a pic of the order details and a few other details. 24hrs. later I had a response asking for a pic of the battery info sticker and a pic showing that I had removed the warranty sticker from the battery. The next day I received an email update saying a new battery was on the way. Two days later and Fed-Ex delivered a replacement, and problem resolved! I will never buy another brand of battery if I can avoid it. Highly recommend!

OGM. Good charge when arrived. Starts good in low temps. Shipping time is a little long but is given upfront and worth the money and wait.

My vehicles uses a 48AGM which is slightly smaller. Not sure why amazon recommended and confirmed this product for me when it is simplely too large. When trying to install, I ended up busting a plastic clip that is molded on and now have to additionally replace a $30 dollar part. I am without a vehicle for another 2 days and have to make an unnecessary trip to UPS. Very frustrating experience...

I don't know why my car requires such a large battery, but I installed it months ago and it has never failed to please me. My V8 engine starts immediately, and all other power needs are met. It was a replacement for another brand battery, which was far more expensive, and failed within months of purchase. So far I am exceedingly pleased with this ACDelco battery.

I decided to replace my batter in my 2016 car. It was not giving me any trouble at all, nor was it showing any signs it might by slowing down. But working on cars for 30 years, I know better. So, I went and got the AC Gold. I do not get anything less when I buy batters. It has to be the highest. Install took maybe about 20 minutes because it is in the trunk. Weird I know. I took this batter and put it in her younger brother. So, I am hoping to get some more mileage out of it. But 9 years, almost 10 is not bad at all for a battery. Especially sitting through several winters outside. I got this batter because it has more CCA power. Especially in the wintertime, it is nice to have some security your battery will make it. The price on batteries is a rip off. Like I said, I have been working on cars for years. And of all the parts you can get for your car, the battery's price as gone up the most.
