How long is the max duration for a program? I saw 30 steps, but how many hours is too much?

I run 12 hours normally, I'm not sure what the max is.

Can this unit maintain a 300 degree Celsius constantly

To my knowledge you can you need to program it to the temperature and time

Are there instructions available on how to program the controller?

There are only 4 buttons.. you’re supposed to only use the up and down buttons but if I input a temp.. I’ll have to watch it doesn’t go higher or lower than my chosen temp , if so than I use the set button and bring it back to my desired temp about four times until it reaches desired temp
