Great product, bad tools
This is a strong bracket, good value and seemingly easy to install. I say seemingly because it comes with a really handy magnetic spirit level which was great because I had just moved house and couldn't access all my tools. Sadly however, after I had attached the tv, it was visibly wonky. After checking with a new spirit level, I quickly discovered that the magnetic level was useless and not actually accurate. Very frustrating that I will have to redo the whole thing.

Not convenient for me
It is easy to put up but the screws that come with it didn't fit my TV (samsung) so I had to buy them separately as they require longer screws. The arm comes out quite far from the wall and you cant adjust it or bend it etc the position it sits in is it. I will buy a new 1 only because I don't like how far away from the wall the bracket comes but that's a personal preference.

No Spacers
I’ve bought lots of TV brackets as we have a hotel. It’s good enough for the price and does the job but it’s the first bracket I’ve bought that doesn’t provide spacers to fit the plate to the back of the TV so if you’re going to buy this product you may need to buy some spacers separately if the screws are too long for your TV. Also, there isn’t a spirit level as advertised which should t be a problem as most people have one anyway.

Keep screwdriver with you
Up and down function is not adjustable, I mean you can not position it to upside or downside whenever you want. Once you fix it to up or down, it will stay in this position until you use screwdriver next time to fix it to up or down side. It needs to be adjusted by screwdriver.

Sturdy and easy to install
I really like this bracket for our tv, it arrived ahead of the date quoted. It is sturdy and easy to install. I had to use my own bolts to attach the tv to the bracket though as the options supplied were too short. Also we have a 32in tv only, I would say that the larger the tv the less angle can be attained due to the short arm although this contributes to the brackets sturdy feel. I would recommend this item.

Really good tv bracket
We got this for our son to clear up space on his desk - the bracket was easy to put on the wall and to attach to the tv .It looks great and feels nice and sturdy
