I took a bit more than recommended because I have low blood pressure but WOW it made such a difference, I have been taking it for 3 days now and it made me so awake and energetic and actually happy without any anxiety or any other bad stuff you can read over on the internet. Great addition to healthy eating
Product received as described by seller. It tastes abit woody. I soak what I need in warm water then leave it to settle and strain the water leavibg any sediment at the bottom.
