can i make out Cassini division and Jupiter red spot ? and what about deep space objects?

All depends on weather. I have yet to be that lucky myself, but It’s easy to see Jupiter and the moons clearly.

Is the dovetail rail a standard vixen style/size or?

The Z130 OTA is attached to the Donsonian base by a vixen dovetail rail. This makes for extra flexibility since the OTA and rings can be easily removed from the Dob base and mounted right into many Alt/Az or GEM mounts. This is an excellent telescope to get stared with in Astronomy, and it makes a great Grab and Go telescope for quick observations..

What is the tubes outer diameter at the front? I am looking to get a sun filter.

Best I could measure is 6-3/8" O.D.

Does the 130 mm use a parabolic mirror?

Yes it does, it's kind of buried in the product description but it does say 130mm parabolic primary mirror.
