“Coconut Cream” - really?
Largely congealed coconut fat! Not sure if it should be like that but I wasn’t impressed. Wanted to use it to make Pina Coladas but the taste and texture was all off. Ended up using normal double cream, which worked great!

The one and only!
This has a perfect texture and taste for making chocolate truffles! I haven’t found anything similar on the market yet. Plus the can arrives with the lid which is a big plus as i don’t use all the can content at once. It’s expensive but worth it..

Surprisingly really thick cream.
It is exactly as described, make sure to use all the content including the water.Can be whipped even when the can has not been chilled.Highly recommend for dairy free cream cakes
