Candy Making Mold, Clear Polycarbonate Chocolate Mold Jelly Candy Making Mold 21-Piece Tray (Heart)

Followed instructions to the letter , had problems turning the milk chocolate out of the mould some came out easily the rest did not had to break them out. will try again sometime but wasted allot of time trying to get it right.

Sections of the mold have uneven surfaces where the product left liquid lumps as it was being formed and in places it’s scratched but, fortunately not where the chocolate cups are formed - I’ll know for certain when I make some chocolates, after which I’ll update this listing about the results. This is the first polycarb’ mould that didn’t arrive smashed to pieces so I’m glad to finally own a mold a high quality for making chocolate cups.Update: chocolates turned out unblemished.I’ve yet to master consistently retrieving them from the mold, as it takes accuracy with the cooking science unlike with silicone molds.

Great shape for making home made chocolates. As long as you temper the chocolate right the chocolates come out easily.Can be tricky to clean the moulds in the corners fully.

Only 16, not 21 as described but doesn’t alter the quality of the product.

Can't speak for the other moulds but the bar one is brilliant, I was worried it might break as it seemed quite stiff but worked a treat. Managed to get my bars out with just twisting lightly no need to even bang on the counter as you usually do with poly moulds.

Not that easy to use tbh, they are really good quality but they take a long time to set
