DSR122, D.O.A, I would Not buy again.
11/22/20-While unpacking my brand new DSR122, I heard something rolling around inside. Due to the electrical nature of the product, I became concerned. I removed one of the covers and looked inside. The Negative Battery Cable and another cable were disconnected.(See Picture) There was also a loose bolt and nut lying on the bottom. (Picture) Three days ago I contacted Schumacher but have received no help. I requested a picture or diagram of where the Cables are connected to. I have a brand new charger which doesn't work, sitting in the garage. 12/2/20-Update-Schumacher replied and provided me with a wiring diagram of my DSR122. I was able to properly connect the cables, using the loose bolt and nut, to one of the heat sinks. The charger turned on and I was able to charge a Deep Cycle boat battery. The charger at this time appears to be operating correctly. In my opinion, my situation was caused due to possibly poor quality control. However, Schumacher's Customer Service/Tech Support were very helpful and instrumental in getting my charger back together and operating properly. I'm grateful for their assistance.
