Material is very thin and cheap, but that was to be expected for the price. Fit a 10 year old girl perfect, and she got an A+ on her Honest Abe oral report!

Son had a wax museum project at school in which he had to dress up as Abe Lincoln, so this worked. He is 9 and the large fit well. Very over priced. If it wasn’t for a school project, would have never bought at that price.

My son wanted to be Abe for Halloween. I researched many costumes trying to find the best price, quality, and one that would get there in time. I decided on this one. He really looked great but the costume itself is cheap. Thankfully we had another hat because the hat that came with it is laughable. The beard worked great but after putting it on and off for 2-3 nights the velcro stopped working so we will have to replace or sew them together if we want to use this again. The pants were ok. The jacket is see-through and like another review mentions the shirt is just a small piece of fabric that velcros around the neck and waist. Overall it is a decent costume but I don't think it should be priced as high as it is

I purchased this for a presentation my 9 year old was doing about Abraham Lincoln. It was perfect for what we needed it for.

The fabric was the same type of fabric you have on the bottom of a mattress box spring. The beard shed and the elastic was too short to fit around his head. I had to spray hairspray on the beard to stop it from shedding, and I added a safety pin to the elastic to make it longer. The actual outfit was too small, and I bought one size bigger than his clothes. The had was a soft foam that was appropriate, but I had to stuff it with plastic bags to make it stand up. We just had to live with the edges being out of whack. It also smelled really bad, and I couldn’t wash it because the terrible fabric would fall apart. Thankfully he had a suit already and we just used the hat and beard.

Our son had to do a school project on Abraham Lincoln and we needed a costume. After reading some of the reviews, we were worried about the quality of the costume, but were willing to give it a shot since he only needed it for one day. It ended up being perfect and the quality wasn't as bad as expected. I would definitely recommend if only needed for a few uses.

My son loved it and so did everyone else at school during their Wax Museum. Now, remember you get what you paid for and it's never truer than when buying a costume. The jacket is super thin felt-like material with Velcro closures which will keep sticking all over and ruin it if kept unfastened. The pants are a better material and will continue to be used for other dress-up sessions. The "shirt" part is just a small piece to attach to the inside of jacket. It does include the beard and hat but you are going to have to reshape the hat for a few days as it comes crumpled up. WARNING!!! Do NOT iron the top otherwise it might melt - it's that cheap. I placed a towel over it and used the steamer on the iron.

Just as described. Easy to put on because there's velcro closures. Fit perfectly.

Fits well, has Velcro fastenings and looks good. Beard needs adjusting to fit the child face. So think it’s over priced.

Son had a great presentation in his history paper. Nicely done and represents well the president.

My son is having an American day at school and thinking it would be full of cowboys and Indians this would be something different.
