Excellent clock - highly recommend
The clock met all my criteria and I am super pleased with it: big and bright display as I wear high prescription glasses; the snooze button is very large and clickable - it is easily discernible from the turn off buttons (any other button on the clock) so there's no chance of confusing off and snooze; There's a good volume range from low to high; The light can be dimmed / turned off completely but when the alarm goes off it lights up; it is very compact and aesthetic; it connects to the electricity and has batteries; the radio can be used regardless of the alarm, there are two separate alarms so it's very convenient to set up one for workdays and one for rest days.

I AM PRETTY IMPRESSED
OK, let me start out by saying i thought I was gonna hate this clock, and then i opened it up and really thought that i was gonna hate it even more. But surprise, surprise (Gormer Pyle Reference, get over it I'm kinda of old.) For one it is seems tiny out the box, then it is kind of light weight, next it has a tiny wire coming out the back as an antenna. So first impressions this thing is a piece of junk. Don't leave just yet because its a big surprise.Anyway, I am now completely in love with this little clock radio, This thing is amazing, all the thing i thought were a downside I know see all the merits now and there are many,PROS* Dual alarms* Dual USB ports for charging, not the typical use one to power unit and the other to charge a phone, no this thing has two separate charging USB ports.* Radio (excellent antannea), pulled in most local stations with no issues and just 1 or 2 with some slight static, just adjust wire and all will come in clear.*Tiny size clock, but pretty large numbers for the time, can easily be seen. Even the dual alarms number are a decent size to read and the station indicator is nice size.*7 wake alarms with one being the radio, clever way to set station for for radio wake up ( all alarms are decent sounding even the loud annoying one is decent some what.*Sleep timer up to 2 hours.*Nice big snooze button on top, large round button acts as the adjuster for all functions, radio station, alarms, time set, snooze, sleep timer.*12/24 time adjustment button on back.*Inside temp gauge right on front Temp. F/C button on back. (not sure of accuracy but i guess it doesnt have to be exact).*all station can be presets with a station scan function. after a full scan all station will show up so tuning is a breeze once all the stations are found, similar to how you find your tv stations first and then TV knows all stations available well clock does the same functions, so when tuning it jumps to all the stations that are available and clear.*The tuning wheel on top changes all stations when radio function is on.*speaker is mono but has a decent volume, not a huge home system but this gets the job done just fine for its purpose.CONS* light weight nothing wrong with that but i can see this getting knock around when using or setting things.*when pushing buttons the clock kind tilts to one side slightly. annoying but not critical, i think a new foot design would solve issue.* tuning wheel/button, snooze function. I think this may be its down fall. it is the main source of fuction on the clock and now easy to move, but i think after time this may lose fuctiontionaly due to excessive use. its smooth, but i can see the button locking up eventually or being hard to turn. I have had some stiffness creap in when tuning radio station and it only seems to be in one spot. I thought i push down on snooze button to hard and maybe it didn't adjust back out properly after the button push. i jiggled it a little and seems to resolve, but i can still feel some ristance for some reason very slight but can noticeable, if paid attention too.Large button, but very shorts and slippery when trying to adjust, they have a little finger indent on top, but not big or deep enough to use easily, also trying to grip the sides is hard due to height of button and smooth texture. I think I am gonna use a little skaters tape on top, should give me the grip i need to make adjustments using one finger nice small piece finger tip size. otherwise you kinda of have to hold the clock with two hands when adjusting, easier if the wheel would fuction as it was meant to be used, but due to poor design really can't be used in the proper manner.*buttons are a little stiff and cheap feeling when using, and make a sound when depressed, similar to the game with the dice inside bubble and you push down to make the dice jump. it always made that loud popping sound, this is similar, but not as loud or annoying.* the numbers seems to fade if your sightline is lower then then numbers, so if your bed is low but the clock is set high on a dresser, the number may not be visable due to angle. find a lower location and it will do fine. basically you have to be at nearthe same height of clock or higher to see numbers clear. Its just an angle thing not a down side.None of the cons are bad enough not to buy. This is decent buy, little pricey for such a small clock, but the functionality and easy of use make up for cost. The radio tuner is excellant mine tuned better with antenna rapped up as it was shipped, had a harder time finding stations when i let it all out. balled it back up and the stations all cleared up instantly. just my experience, but it help if your stations are not tuning properly. I think i got over 30 stations to come in clear, pretty much the entire radio market in our city. I bought another unit previous to this one and i had to return it, it only picked up 4 and none were very clear. I think only 2 out of the four i considered really clear, the other two stations had slight static, but this brand got virtually all of them. Only Fm, no AM, but i don't think we have a large AM market anyway. I never tuned to any AM stations before so no harm done.NO bluetooth, for those nerds that always seem to want it but never use it as intended.*no apps or other fucntions other than whats stated.*haven't tried the charging ports, but pretty sure not a fast charger, or some other feature people may expect. this is a simple but very functional clock radio. In the end would buy again, would recommend, if you can find a discount seek it out but other than that definitely buy you wont be disappoint like i thought i would be. I wish they came in some different colors, both, housing and numbers. and I wish the dimmer was a wheel and not a button step feature. it works. OK i'm done go out and get yourself one.I over 50 and sight is going slowly, but this clock defently fits the bill for all the functions and features. i need. I looked at other and i know all the cheap stuff out there. you buy cheap and you get cheap, with little to no fuction, or hard to use and set-up or just lacking in basic fucntions. this clock checks all the boxes.

Small size and PACKED with features
For those old enough to remember the Realistic brand from Radio Shack, it finally died on me after 25yrs of service! So I started looking for a new one that had to meet my 2 criteria of:1. Dual alarms (one for me and one for wife)2. Battery backup.Pretty simple. This met that and then some.Pro's:-Small form factor...It's only about a 1/3 as wide as my old clock radio. At 4"W x 3"D x 2-1/4"H, it doesn't take up a ton of nightstand space.-Numbers are large enough for us older folks to easily read but not obnoxious.-5 dimming steps so bright enough to see in daylight or dim it for night.-7 different wake up tones (4-relaxing sounds that come on gradually, standard beep, alarm bell, or radio station of your choice).-Show's both alarm times under the main time only in smaller size if set on, or "off" if not set. I like not having to push another button to see what time's I set the alarms to go off.-Shows "am" or "pm" instead of a dot that is easily set wrong and then you're late for work-On rear, you have a 2amp USB port for larger cell phone charging and also a 1amp for smaller phone or accessories like smart watch or wireless ear buds-Headphone jack so you don't keep your significant other awake if you like to listen to music before bed. Just make sure to unplug before going to sleep or the alarm will be playing in headset instead of rear speaker.-Battery Backup (3-AAA batteries not included) keeps time and alarms in event of a power outage.-Built in Radio with sleep/snooze option-Room temperature sensor show's room temp on displayIf I had to list any Con's they would be that:-No "low battery" indicator. My 25yr old unit would show a red LED in corner so you knew it needed new batteries.- Add a few more dimming step downs to display. After 3 dim downs, the display jumps to a very dim setting that's really only usable at night. My wife likes it as is but myself and I'm sure others would like just a little brighter to see at night but it's definitely visible and not blinding like some have said....they prob. didn't read how to dim the display. Its as simple as pushing down on the top big dial which is multi-purpose. Push down for dim or snooze and rotate to select times or radio stations. That's it! Like I said, not much to hate about this unit. Directions were easy to follow. The build quality seems above par for a clock radio under $20 with all these features and should last if you don't man handle the top dial. Buttons are firm and don't feel cheap. I feel a firm responsive click when I push to set alarm or turn on the radio. Finally with 1-1/2 year warranty one doesn't need to run and post negative reviews right away. Send them an email and they'll ship you a new one. If they don't reply or take care of you, then give your 1-stars and neg. review. From what I've seen so far, I don't think I'll need to use it but nice to know I have a longer than normal warrty. in case I do.

A handy easy to use alarm clock
Quick and easy to understand directions. Up and running in minutes. Adjustable brightness. I have to get up a different time every other day. I liked the two alarm settings so I don't have to continually adjust the alarm time. Alarm sound options that don't shock you. Preset radio channels would be nice, but prefer it's small and economical
