I really like this.
How did I live without this. It is amazing and does such a great job. I am most amazed by how long I can go between charges, especially considering that I use it a few times a day. It does take a few days of using it to get a technique, so you aren't spraying water everywhere. Definitely use the low setting in the beginning.

Ineffective design
I have permanent dentures so using an oral irrigator every day is a must. I purchased this product for the camper because there is not a lot of counter space and I did not want to spend a large sum of money since it was only going to be used once or twice a month when we go camping. You get what you pay for!!The product is cumbersome, the water tank has a deep lip so you can never get all the excess water out, when about half of the water is dispensed, the feeder tube will only work if the product is in an upright position so forget turning or lifting it to get all parts of your mouth, and it does not hold much water so there is a need to refill multiple times. It is also messier than my Waterpik because it is your head you are tipping and tilting due to the aforementioned feeder tube issue.I am very disappointed!Additionally the seller only offers a 30 day money back guarantee. I barely had a chance to use it one time before this deadline was past and now they are not communicating with me.Save yourself the hassle and by the quality name brand. It might cost more but at least you will be happy with it!

TUREWELL Water Flosser has some problems
This design is common to several brands of water flossers from China, The exterior has cosmetic changes from brand to brand, but they are all birds of a feather, first cousins, as it were. This is the third one I've had. The first worked well but only lasted until its second recharging, a couple of weeks - I sent it back for a refund. The second also worked well, but the battery eventually would only hold its charge for a couple of uses by just over its warranty date of one year. I still have this one as an emergency tool. The literature said this battery would eventually fail, so I wasn't surprised, just disappointed because I really liked this flosser. The TUREWELL Water Flosser is number three. It works sort of OK so far, but... From the very first it tasted of machine oil and still does a little today, six months later. The pump mechanism is obviously noisier and vibrates more annoyingly than the earlier two. The "Normal" pressure setting is too high - there is no way anyone could floss at this pressure without stopping to fill a second tank of water, and for a first-time user, the pressure is painfully high and will separate the gum from the tooth if the user isn't exceptionally careful. The lower setting is too soft to be optimally effective. The best setting for first-time users would be the combination setting, as once started it never builds up to full pressure or falls all the way back to the lower setting. Buyers experienced with water flossers will know not to aim the tip at the gum line or any soft tissue in the inner mouth, tongue, or cheeks. I should have returned the unit, but instead I replaced the tip provided with one from flosser number two which helped curtail the pressure enough to avoid most painful mistakes. The TUREWELL Water Flosser comes with an alternate tip that is not explained in the enclosed literature - looks like it sprays a wide, flat pattern downward or upward, to what end I don't care to learn. When buying this or similar flossers, look for ones that have setting buttons that differ in color from their surrounding area - pushing a button you can't easily see and distinguish can be a problem.Point the tip only at your teeth and the joints between your teeth, never at soft tissue, at least until you're absolutely sure you know what you're doing..I suggest taking the flosser apart after every use so the tank interior and the joint between the tank and pump housing can dry. Also run the flosser long enough to make sure the pump unit is empty. Wipe both sides of this joint area thoroughly and remove the nozzle and wipe it clean at least once a week to prevent mildew. If the charge runs out before you finish a flossing session, the flosser will run for several seconds for a few times each time you press the setting button so you can finish. The pump body's two-pronged charging receptacles in flossers one and two had a loose rubber cover. The TUREWELL Water Flosser has an attached cover. It now comes with a USB-type charger but still has a proprietary plug.I like this style water flosser, I just wouldn't buy another TUREWELL Water Flosser.

Works for me! And still working 2 years later
Update: i’m pretty amazed. This floss is still going strong. I use it every day and I’ve not had an issue. This little Flosser works great for me. I’m not sure what all the negative reviews were for since I have not experienced any of the things that others have. I guess maybe I got a good one. Easy to use and great for taking camping to keep my teeth clean. Just make sure you hit the right button when you’re turning it on or off. I have squirted my mirror several times thinking I’m hitting the on button and I’m actually pressing the settings one.

GREAT PORTABLE WATER FLOSSER
I have used and reordered this portable water flosser several times. They work very well in getting my teeth clean. You do need to charge the battery at least once a week to keep it running smoothly.Carrera4
