These High-Quality Chairs Are Very Comfortable, Last Forever, and Worth Every Penny
Worth the price. The genuine Eurotech chairs are high quality and noticeably superior to the copies on the market. I am 6 foot 4 inches tall, 270 pounds, and the chair can be adjusted to fit me perfectly. It also can be adjusted to fit a user barely 5 feet tall. The chairs are solid and supportive, and you can feel the quality. I previously had a prior version of this chair for 15 years and it never failed me (except for one warrantee hydraulic cylinder replacement, which was also a simple process). I sold the chair and it is still going strong for the new owner. Most importantly, unlike with cheap office chairs, I can sit all day comfortably with no back soreness. The lumbar support is great. It takes about 10 minutes to assemble - just snap the casters in the base, place the hydraulic cylinder in the base, put the seat on the hydraulic cylinder, slide the head rest into the seat back, then use 2 supplied cap screws with the supplied wrench for each arm rest to the seat, and finally 4 cap screws to secure the back to the seat. Assembly note - quality is heavy - might need help if you can't lift 25-30 pounds. After that, have some fun playing with the insane number of ways you can adjust the chair for your individual comfort. I'm not paid and not a bot - just a happy customer for decades.

5mm hex wrench and if you have either a drill-bit or socket attachment for it--highly recommend. Obviously you wanna take it eas
I think 4.5/5.0 stars is about right in terms of overall quality. Some of the construction material is suspect in terms of quality but there is a lifetime warranty from Ergohuman (*crosses fingers* "please don't go out of business--PLEASE!!!"). First, I've owned this chair for all of about 35 minutes now. It takes about 15 minutes to assemble (including unpacking time). The only tool you really need, I believe is a 5 or 5.5mm hex wrench and if you have either a drill-bit or socket attachment for it--highly recommend. Obviously you wanna take it easy when you're finally getting the bolts (only 6 (in 3 pairs) are used for complete assembly and it comes with a spare for each type) to be properly seated. - Pro: The extra hardware included but it arouses suspicions as to why they included it...no faith in integrity of the design??? But it's there--so there's that and I'm happy about it because if I need it--it'll be nice to have on-hand but if I do end up needing it, for the $600+ price tag, I am not going to be a satisfied consumer. - Pro: immediately-noticeable comfort - arm rests have yaw adjustment range and vertical height adjustment range - lumbar support has vertical adjustment range along with tilt/pitch adjustment - seat has depth adjustment range along with tilt/pitch control and standard vertical height adjustment - headrest has vertical adjustment range and tilt/pitch control as well. - SUMMARY--this thing WILL let you find your sweet spot in terms of comfortably-supported posture - Pro: LIFETIME WARRANTY, this is prolly what justifies the $600+ price tag. - Con: the casters are 100% plastic except the pivot shaft...which is kinda like "seriously?" for $600+ USD and complete plastic? I know it's standard fare for the wheels to be some kinda plastic but even the mount assembly? I have suspicions about the durability of this product, right out of the box. - Con: the arm covers, it's the typical foam that has a surface treatment to operate like a jacket but it's all one piece. My concern is that the support frame, which the arm rest covers, doesn't support it that well going forward. I know people tend to use the arm rests to kind of lift themselves into standing when leaving the seated position so I definitely see that causing advanced wear and suffering inevitable breakage just do to the inadequate support, I would say the internal support frame supports 85% of the arm rest cover with 2% hanging off the rear, negligible and understandable, and about 13% ish unsupported toward the very front tip. I've seen lots of office chairs with worn arm rests. Iunno what to even think about that. Like nobody has come up with an intelligent design to defeat the majority of wear in that area? Anyway, so far I am enjoying it and I hope it will support my posture proper 'cause I just started going to school full-time online (hence purchase). I hope this helps you guys in terms of what to expect with the purchase.

Almost everything I was looking for
Overall happy with my purchase, but disappointed with a few things. 1) There is no way of fine tuning the upright position. When locked upright it feels like I'm leaning forward slightly. If I lock it in the next position back, it's too far back. So, I basically have to leave it unlocked with more tension for back support. 2) The armrests do not lock. At this price point, the armrests should have a couple buttons or switches to adjust the swivel and forward+back+left+right positions. At the very least put a locking button under the front of the armrests that lock the swivel. The only way I can keep them from accidentally moving is to keep them in the straight ahead position. It feels more comfortable having them one position in, but they will constantly move back out while sitting in the chair which is extremely annoying. 3) The lumbar support is attached to the backrest and can't be moved independently. I have a long torso and it would be nice to have the backrest a little higher with the lumbar support a little lower. 4) There is very little documentation. I was halfway through the assembly when I found the quick start guide attached to the backrest. It should have been with the screws and wrench (which I also didn't notice until I opened the screws and found it hidden behind the insert). Their website has one generic page of adjustment instructions they call a manual. I only found one video that briefly talks about the lever on the left side but doesn't really make it clear what it does to the tilt. From what I can tell, it just unlocks the tilt so it goes all the way forward without restriction. I was hoping it would allow adjusting the locked upright position so it's not so far forward. Even with those issues, the PROS outweigh the CONS. It's a very comfortable full mesh chair with good support and feels well made. If they sold compatible locking armrests separately, I'd be all over it.

Rather amazing. Another reviewer mentioned that they'd prefer the seat ...
I purchased this chair in May of 2012. As someone who works from home at a PC for untold hours each month, the investment has been more than justified by the comfort and adjustability of this chair. I did encounter a significant failure but it was immediately remedied by the Eurotech company, as explained below! I am 6'2" and I find that it raises just high enough -- both height from the ground and height from seat to headrest. The mesh material is shockingly durable...I've been in this chair for thousands of hours and it has yet to show any signs of wear (3 years x 300 days (conservatively) x 6 hours per day (conservatively) = 5400). Rather amazing. Another reviewer mentioned that they'd prefer the seat to tilt up and down. I totally agree. That would alleviate stress points for many people, though personally I've made it irrelevant by purchasing a 'Geek Desk' which raises from a sitting to a standing height. I also wish that the lumbar support was more aggressive...for the past few years I've had an additional lumbar pillow on the chair, which causes me zero difficulty and results in a near-perfect sitting experience. The real reason I'm leaving this review is to praise Eurotech's warranty and customer service. After a crazy amount of using this chair, I one day found that it was locked all the way 'back', which is to say that I could not tilt it forward. I tried everything I could think of...tightening/loosening bolts, using WD-40 on key joints, etc. etc. Ultimately, I filled out a simple form with Eurotech including a PDF file of my original purchase. Within 10 hours a representative replied and said that no, I couldn't service it myself (as I'd hoped), but that yes, they would replace it. I needed a new 'Seat and Mech' in their parlance, which meant literally an entire new mesh seat with all of the attached mechanisms...it probably weighed 20 pounds, accounted for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the entire chair's design, and yet they shipped it to me in a few days with ZERO cost for S&H or anything else. Truly an unparalleled customer-service experience. I bought this product with a 'Lifetime Warranty', it broke, and they fulfilled the warranty once I proved my original purchase. It shouldn't be revolutionary, but I've gotta say...it was a refreshing experience to get a brand new piece of pricy equipment with virtually no hoops to jump through. I could comment on every single aspect of this chair, so if you have a burning question please leave it below and I'll reply. All in all, I love this product and am even more enamored with their customer service.

Excellent Chair - Now Been Using For Nearly 10 Years & Still Happy!
I have tried several different chairs including the Herman Miller Aeron chair and out of them all this is by far the most comfortable one I have used. I have a ruptured disc between L4-L5 and this is the only office chair that I have found so far that allows me to work a full 8+ hour day without having back pain. I don't like to spend this sort of money on a chair but in the end I'm very glad that I did. If you have lower back problems I highly recommend this chair. UPDATE. I have now been using this chair for about 1 year and 3 months and I've had ZERO problems with this chair and I'm still every bit as happy with it today as I was the day I wrote my original review. I still think the price is a bit high for an office chair, but it seems that is the norm these days. The ergonomics of this chair are excellent, the mesh keeps you cool all day and it still looks good as new. Even with the high price I highly recommend this chair, for me it was an excellent purchase! UPDATE: I've now been using this chair daily for 10-14 hours per day (small business owner) for over 5 years and I'm still just as happy with it as I was the day I bought it. Nothing is broken, nothing has worn out, it's still think it's very comfortable and although it's starting to show signs of use (mostly just scratches from me being careless) it still looks great. Due to expansion of my business, I'm now in the market for more office chairs and for my personal office chair I'm buying another one of these chairs. I actually wanted to buy the newer updated Ergo Elite Chair because the arms are adjustable width wise which these are not, and the arms tilt with the back and these do not, but the Elite is not as wide as the original so I'm sticking with the original. UPDATE: Nearly 10 years of daily use and still no problems.

Looks nice. Doesn't hold up.
Had it for 2 years now. I've had much cheaper chairs that last longer. I immediately had to twisty tie the back rest to just stay all the way up as just shifting in the chair would slowly ratchet it up until it would get to the top and drop back down all of a sudden. Creaky as hell now. I can see that the stem at the bottom is shifting side to side with a loud deep creak when the weight in the chair shifts. Also a lot of rotation creaking that oiling hasn't addressed for long. The seat positioning lock gives way from time to time and I have to reset it. And just now my 200lbs managed to snap half the arm rest off as I was pushing up on both rests while getting up. That bit's nothing but plastic.

Nearly 10 years old and still love it.
I've had this chair since 2018. I work all day, nearly every day, at my computer. The chair is amazing. One of the arms got damaged in a move last year, and they sent me a new one. Had a Herman Miller before this, and it didn't compare.

It breaths which is like the only nice thing because farting in this chair is freeing. That's about it.
Honestly. This chair should be 200 dollars. It breaths which is like the only nice thing. Headrest is ok. The tension spring that holds the chair back is super weak. i have it on the strongest setting and you about fall backwards in the chair. I've had this chair for a year now and it still pissed me off. The bottom isn't comfortable at all. it cuts off the circulation in your legs which is borderline dangerous. I"m 210 pound 6'2 male. The Arms don't slide back enough. The lumbar support is crap. Your back pushes right to the bar which isn't comfortable. Don't waste your money on this chair. It bothers me enough that i'm writing a review a year later. If you want to lean back you have to lock it into place. It kills your tail bone after a short period of time because the bottom cushion web stuff is super hard. Only reason for 2 stars....... Farting in this chair is very freeing. Unbelievable freedom. You can break wind freely and not have to sit in your own filth. Life changing experience.

Excellent chair with great lumbar support
Even though this chair can be adjusted countless ways, you can pretty much do it all with a single lever. This makes for a comfortable, easy to use and versatile chair that I use all day for working and at night for gaming or for streaming movies. Assembly is extremely straightforward (spare screws are even provided, just in case) and requires only the included Allen key. Wheels are silent and as sturdy as the frame. Armrests can be positioned in pretty much all directions, just like the headrest, which is surprisingly comfortable. The lumbar support, which is this chair's claim to fame, is absolutely fantastic. My old ergonomic chair was good, but this one beats it in just about all aspects. I've only had it a week or so, so my opinion may change in time but right now, I am completely satisfied with the product. My only minor concern is the multi-function lever itself: it's made of plastic and does not seem to be built to last as long as the rest of the chair is. In fact, mine was broken out of the box during shipping but fortunately the distributor (McKee Hardware) immediately sent me a replacement part. Still, I would like to see a metal lever instead.

Amazing Chair - Bad Warranty
This office chair is by far one of the most comfortable ones I've used. Plus the support it offers for the lower back is top notch. The only issue was the five year warranty that dated back to 2016. How does a chair I received a month ago only have two years left on its warranty? Plus when I reached out I never heard anything back.

It is exactly what I hoped it would be. Well built with a fully adjustable sitting position.

Super Good Quality
It has very good quality. Really worth to buy it for your work. Someone works over 10 hours in your chair. It is important for you. After I made an order, they delivered in 4 days, much shorter than they promised. Very comfortable. You won't feel tired as in the cheap chair. Good decision.
