best and affordable lift kit
this is the most cost effective to lift your WK2. No need to change your stock suspension system. just plug and play. no other modification is required. I have been used this 4 years and no issue. Built quality also best, since Rough Country is already famous on this field

A BIT OF A PAIN IN THE BUTT IF YOUR TRUCK IS OLDER OR LIVES IN SOME RAIN/SNOW AREA.
GREAT LITTLE KIT.. LIFTED MY JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE A GOOD 2.5 INCHES. MAKES IT LOOK EXACTLY THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE LEAVING THE FACTORY. MY TRUCK SEEMED SUPER LOW WHEN I FIRST GOT IT. ALMOST FELT LIKE SOME SORT OF SOCCER MOM STATION WAGON .. IT WAS PATHETIC LOOKING. NOW WITH THE LIFT AND SOME 275/65/18'S ON IT, IT LOOKS GREAT. TIRES ARE A LT VERSION SO THEY RIDE A LITTLE ROUGH BUT PRIOR TO THE TIRES WITH THE FACTORY GOOD YEARS ON IT, RAN JUST AS SMOOTH WITH THE LIFT. VERY COMFORTABLE RIDE AND LOVE THE WAY IT LOOKS. A BIT OF A PAIN IN THE BUTT TO INSTALL, BUT IF YOU'RE PATIENT ENOUGH AND ARE A BIT OCD LIKE MYSELF, THE PAY OFF IS WORTH IT ON SAVINGS FROM HAVING A SHOP INSTALL IT.

Get your offset correct to run 33s and keep it looking clean.
So far I have had a good experience with this item. It does exactly what it says. Lift and level. The ride quality stayed the same as well aside from the obvious tire tread difference. Installation was simple from what shop told me. Install + alignment was about $550. This may help anyone gauge price to do the work. Anything over 600 I would say is too much. I had a performance shop do it because they are no stranger to figuring things out with aftermarket parts. They had to use a ratchet straps to pull the wheels into alignment. Also, I'm running 33x12.5x20 ridge grappler tires on a 9x20 wheel. Only modification needed to wheel well was to fold over the pinch weld and pull back cloth liner to remove the slack. Here's the important part for anyone trying to run 33s..... GET YOUR OFFSET RIGHT! haha. That's important and I researched for 1 month. No one has any real info online for this vehicle. Just forums with people arguing. I have a +30 offset wheel which allows the 33 to fit. RC claims a +38 offset needs no modifications at all with an 11.5 wide tire. I wanted a small aggressive poke on the sides and a wider footprint tire. If you want 33s and a lower offset or perhaps a 0 or - offset, be prepared to chop the fender outside liner up and you'll look crappy.

Poor customer service
Price is ok for this product and it looks like it is built well, however customer service needs to be improved. Prior to the installation I bought all the tools that are listed on the instruction manual only to find out I didnโt need half of them and needed other special tools. Customer service didnโt correct my concern. I will take my business elsewhere from now on when shopping for my jeep.

Big transformation in looks while maintaining ride.
First note: This is not an amateur install. So make sure you research if you plan on doing it yourself. I did it in my garage with a buddy, so it can be done, but prepare yourself. The rear was cake! The front struts are a whole different story. Suspension experience/knowledge and the right tools is a big plus. Second Note: Plan on an alignment when completed. I still give it 5 stars overall regardless of the tough install because it made a huge difference in looks without compromising the great ride. Especially after adding a new set of wheels and tires. Check the offset to make sure they don't rub. I went with a 17x9 with +12 offset and 265/70R17.

Uneven lifting
Master tech installed, expect to buy extra spacers because the rear will sit lower than the front.

respect the customer (conformity of the product)
Good morning, I don't understand why the front spacer material is plastic. it's not conform with the picture.

Professional install preferred!
Honestly a really great product that does exactly what itโs supposed to. Was able to fit 33โs underneath just as advertised. Be aware you will have to do a pinch weld fold over to allow the tires to fit and not rub. Rough country gives specs on which tire/wheel size to go with to prevent rubbing, etc. I wanted a small aggressive poke out the sides so I went with a wider 12.5โ tire. If thatโs the route youโre going, get the offset right!! The stance on my Jeep is amazing and I loved how it turned out but if you wanted to push those tires further out with a lesser offset wheel or wheel spacers just know you may have to trim the inner fender a bit which may not look pretty. Also in terms of installation, definitely not a product for the amateur. Look around your area and do some research on who can do it for a good price. I wouldnโt recommend spending more than $500-$600 for somebody to install these things. Expensive doesnโt necessarily mean a better end product. Read reviews, call around and you will find the right guy for the job!

Now my Dodge durango looks more muscular
Well packed & Received delivery prior to due date. It Fits very well in Durango 2014, as chassis for Grand cherokee & Dodge durango are same, Thou installation looks easy, it must be installed by a professional mechanic as refitting is little tricky. Also I feel its lifted more than 2.5 inch, well its look heavy beast now. In my case- stock suspension feels bit more softer than before and Now durango leveling is straight, before its front side was bowed too much.

2012 grand cherokee 4x4 Laredo 3.6 litre
Important read this. I bought this kit and installed myself. Watch youtube videos. The front strut install mark bearing plate, spring and rubber isolator together as reinstall they will all stay the exact same way. Only thing Turing 180 degrees is bottom of front strut mount where it bolts to control arm. I used OTC clamshell spring compressor for front struts. Bench mounted compressor would be even better. Do not use any cheaper spring compressor it will not work. I tried this and very scary. Now for the rear this kit will only lift 1/2 inch, if your jeep already has no rake stance and sits level before kit your front end will be higher after install. I like rake stance and tow trailers. I installed a supreme suspension 2 inch lift in rear. My jeep is raised and still has nice rake stance. I installed newer jeep gladiator 18 inch wheels and 18 inch is important here. The front wheels required 1/4 inch wheel spacers as when new front brakes installed it will hit rims. With worn front brakes it will clear caliper. I have standard brakes with solid rear rotors and regular coil spring suspension. This is important if your installing newer jeep 17 inch wheels research as needed spacers or adaptors will be different than for the 18 inch gladiators I have.
