Watch how fast your chili boils - like a new kettle
This pop off valve fits the 40 gallon Cleveland steam jacketed kettle. If your kettle turns off before coming to boil try replacing this valve and filling with 3 gallons of distilled water. Very important to bring the kettle back up to temperature once you put it all back together and pull the ring to bleed off steam for about 10 seconds. Do this 3 times. When the kettle cools down your pressure gauge should be deep in the green. Watch how fast your chili boils - like a new kettle!JGC
