Moen S71708CSL Ascent One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet Featuring Reflex, Classic Stainless

I was never the "pull down faucet" kinda girl. Every other faucet I tried was always difficult to pull the sprayer out and then replace it. Not this one. After watching the videos and reading reviews, I made the decision to purchase it. I've been using it for about 9 months.Things I like about this faucet:- Pulls down easily and snaps back into place (weight on the underside of the sink can be adjusted to give more "reach".)- Sprayer stays on when the button is pushed in- Good arc and full side-to-side swing...I can easily fit my largest pots underneath it. (Note: our sink is 30" wide by 10" deep.)- Wall clearance for handle!!! Yay! Had so much trouble finding a faucet where the handle wouldn't hit the backsplash...this one is perfect!- Finish stays very clean.Things I would change about this faucet:- Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the sprayer would come back on after you've turned the faucet off and then on again. Instead, you have to press the button on the handle to re-engage the sprayer each time you turn on the faucet.

Not serviceable

Not only does this faucet look fantastic, sleek and elegant, its performance is equally superb. We have owned Moen before and have been extremely impressed with their customer service as well as their quality--and yes, they do stand behind their products, promptly replacing anything that might go wrong. Love the high arc and pull-out spray feature all in one. As usual, a great Amazon shopping experience. Highly recommended!

The flow is inadequate. Probably not the fault of Moen but more likely the EPA. Disappointing .to say the least ..

Very good product, super smooth handling when using the pull-down feature. Stainless steel finish match all my kitchen appliances. Looks perfect! My not-so-handy husband loves the easy installation, hot & cold water hoses are very long allowing easy manipulation under the tight sink area. However, water flow is a little weaker than expected.

This faucet is spectacular when you compare it to the older track home fixtures of yesterday. With ceramic disc technology and a stunning stainless steel finish that is not affected by hard water (as in our area), I was very pleased with this unit.My only criticism is that the only way to switch the flow to shower, you have to have a certain amount of water flow moving through the valve or the switch will not allow it to go into shower mode. But this is small stuff and to finally have a dependable, nice looking kitchen faucet was well worth the purchase price!

Happy with my decision to go with the more expensive model. Sleek and easy to use. Water flow not as strong as I expected but does the job and looks great.

I put this faucet in my last kitchen and loved it. When I moved and was redoing my new kitchen, was thrilled that I could still get it. It works great and has a sleek look. Used the first one for a year before I moved and the new one has been in about a year too. Great band you can trust.
