Easy to replace, perfect fit and function.
Easy to replace, perfect fit and function. This OEM part costs much less than at all of the parts stores I checked. I tested it before I installed it, the replacement took less than 10 minutes from start to finish on my 2016 GMC Acadia. Great product at a great price. Highly recommend !

Vapor Canister Valve
A true OEM replacement part. And most importantly fixed the issue I was having. Very easy to replace instead of going to the Dealership and charge you a fortune for a 15 to a 20 minute job you can do on your own. A+++

Fit and Function Are Perfect
So far so AWESOME! *** FINALLY, no more check engine light - P0496 *** Part is correct to my 2016 Chevy Colorado. The feel and look are what matches the GM parts catalog and it feels like it's better quality than the original one I took off. Commonly this code is a simple leaky gas cap - but replacing that didn't help. Starting the truck (especially after refilling fuel) got more difficult, it got stuck in the starting position. I had a SIGNIFICANT reduction in fuel economy too. I wasn't sure if my error code was due to an actual charcoal canister or this. This was inexpensive (1/5th the cost) compared to the other part, so I decided to take a chance on this part first. Installation wasn't difficult (and I'm certainly no mechanic). This part, a 10mm & 8mm (to remove the air box for better access) socket, a pair of pliers to pinch hose clamps, and about 30min of your time is all you'll need! Unclip an electrical connector, a little hose, and start cranking (not too much room to get much turn each time so be patient). Align the new part bolt and crank it back tight again, connect any removed hose and electrical connector... voila! Reset the code and drive it around... my bet is you'll be just as pleased as I am!

Super-easy replacement; unbeatable low price!
Super easy to install and fixed everything. When my 2013 GMC Acadia threw an engine code, you could tell something was VERY wrong - the engine ran very rough, would stall at stop lights and stop signs, and the remote-start refused to even try cranking the engine. Oh, and filling it with gasoline was an adventure in frustration. Immediately after filling up, you'd have to give the car 5 to 10 minutes of "rest" before it would start. Fortunately, I have an OBD reader that said the recommend fix is to replace the Evap Canister Solenoid, whatever that is. I called around to a few shops and was dismayed that this small part would cost in excess of $300 to replace. So, my wife and I got on Amazon and found this solenoid for under $30. I looked up a YouTube video to see how hard it would be to replace and it looked really simple. So, we ordered this solenoid and gave it a shot. In less than 15 minutes my wife and I, rank amateurs, replaced the defective part. Immediately, the litany of problems described above was fixed and the car was running as good as new. In a few days of light to moderate driving, the engine computer cleared all the engine codes. I couldn't believe the night and day difference between the defective part and this new one. It cannot be understated. It was like having a brand-new engine!

2017 Chevy Traverse
Bought this to replace faulty purge solenoid in a 2017 Chevy Traverse throwing a P0496 error code. This is most likely due to the driver "topping off" the fuel tank during refuels. Super easy to install (it's on the middle/driver's side of the engine closest to the grill). You can see it easily once you remove the beauty cover (remove oil cap, then the cover just snaps off). Disconnect the wires, remove the bolt (10 mm), remove the old part, install the new one, bolt in place, reattach wires. Will take all of about 5 minutes if you are familiar with sockets. If not, it will take you 10 minutes. Either way, doing it yourself will save a lot of money. I used a code scanner to clear the code temporary code and, once installed, it took the ECU a few minutes of driving to recognize it was fixed and clear the permanent code. Works perfect now. If you want to see a video of installation, just search "P0496 Check Engine Code!" and go to the first video you see (if you see a tan 2012 Traverse, you have the right video). They do a great job of explaining it. BONUS... If you don't have a code scanner, you can get one here on Amazon... just look for OBD2 scanner. If you just need basics, the Launch one for around $25 (https://www.amazon.com/LAUNCH-OBD2-Scanner-Universal-Automotive/dp/B07QLTYKDW) is a great buy. Just know that it won't turn on until you connect it to your vehicle. For 99% of people, it will do what they need (read and erase codes). Just know that you CANNOT manually clear "Permanent" codes. For that, you have to fix the underlying problem and let the ECU on the car clear it on its own.

I bought this part few days back and now I can see price has dropped by 7 AED. Will there be any price adjustment offered to me? Other than that, part was original and is replaced in the car.
