Fullmetal Alchemist: The Complete Four-Panel Comics

If you love the series just as much as I do, then this little compendium of cheesy jokes and punch-in-the-face-like puns will be perfect for you!The booklet collects all the 4-koma (pannels) comics that have been released over the years and some new comics. They are great to read and they are all funny, some sarcastic, others just plainly hillarious and others so bad that it's impossible not to laugh at them. You will find a nice past time in reading this little book, filled with witty humour.The pages are whiter and finer than what Viz has released for the regular version of the manga, making the price of the book a bit higher even if it is shorter. The bounds are good and sturdy, the covers are matte and have textured letters. Oh, and I didn't notice any language or grammar mistakes.Another nice thing - from what I have noticed, there are some comics that haven't been printed in the english version of the mangas (at the end of each volume). I didn't recognise some of those in the 'Graphic Novels' section and I was surprised not to find them in Viz's printed mangas. So, technically speaking, there is more new content for those who read the novels than I have expected.It is advisable to have read the manga or to have seen both animes, but this book can be enjoyed even by someone who has no idea what is happening in the series. The art style is the same that we know from the manga and its bonus pages, and it is a delight to flip through the pages. This is a great addition to a fan's bookshelf!

Arakawa is hilarious, but some of these comics are edited at the expense of humor. (Pic with white background is from this book, and the pic with black background is from the vol 15 manga.)

I have always loved Arakawa's sense of humor and relationship with her characters. This book not only gives you the comics from the manga, but also the comics released with every other medium including both anime! It's a great resource if you want read the jokes, but don't want to go through every volume to do so. I HIGHLY recommend it for any Fullmetal Alchemist fan, manga or either anime! (The book will have major spoilers if you have not completed the series, so heads up.)

Arrived on time, in perfect condition, and absolutely adorable book of strips. FMA has never been cuter!

My book looks like it was bent. The package it came in looked perfectly fine, so it must've happened before it was even shipped.

Small comic strips with the characters in the FMA universe, it's really funny, finished reading it in less than one hour. Really worth it.

I am happy with the story and the comic panels, they're amazing! But amazon completely ruined my experience. Sent an old book which looked like it was piled under other books for years. The edges are folded and torn, the spine has a big bump and tear, the pages in the end are full of yellow rust and water spots. Extremely disappointed because this is one of my fav books. Packaging was flimsy, no bubble wrap, no plastic film. Could not request a replacement either because only option is to return. Pathetic service by seller and amazon.

Simplemente hilarante, si eres fan de FullMetal Alchemist, ya sea del manga o de cualquiera de los dos animes debes tener esta colección de todos los mini comics que venían en el manga junto con otros de los dvds productos y unos exclusivos. Está completamente en Ingles y en varios es necesario poder leerlo para entenderlo en su totalidad.

I love the manga and I love the author since I am a long standing fan of Fullmetal Alchemist. But the problem I have with the manga that was I had paid full for a new copy, but instead got black scuff marks on the cover and torn binding. Very disappointed and annoyed.
