Really nice bunk bed, easy to put together & quick delivery

I’ll start with the bad points. There were a few little dints and chips in the woodwork which are not major but just irritating to see because you expect the product not to have these on first opening. What was annoying as you can see in the pictures is that there were holes in the slats but no holes in the bottom bed base so that you can screw in the wooden slats so I’ve had to leave them out. Also the hole to screw the ladder to the bed was a good inch or more too low so we could only screw the top of the ladder down. Despite these faults I’m content with the bed and happy it came with mattresses. It also arrived very quickly and my daughters love it.I have updated my review and now allocated 4 stars because the ladder for the bunk bed broke after my daughter decided to kick it. I was willing to pay for the spare parts but they sent me the replacement parts for free because I had ordered the bed less than 6 months ago!!!! I’m so pleased. Thank you so much.

All arrived on time. Good value for money and a lovely bed but there weren’t enough fixings and screws with it,we started building it and ran out. There was the right amount according to the inventory list but following the instructions it wasn’t the right amount of the longest screws and none of the others were long enough. We checked several times to make sure. However the seller responded very quickly and said they would send us more which was really good. Also the instructions are quite confusing in places so you need a bit of common sense! But not complicated to work out.Overall pleased with this purchase

Beautiful bed girls love it

I'm glad I bought this bed, I read the reviews and they were very mixed. The quality of the bed is great, there were no scraps, chipped wood or such like. However, on tightening some screws the wood did split in about two areas of the bed (this to me is not a major problem) as don't not affect the function of the bed. The bed is also very easy to assemble, but a negative, is that the parts could have a lettering system so you know which is left and right side of top and bottom bunk. The mattresses are very basic, but good enough to get the kids through a good few sleeps, they also came with protective covers. The delivery process isn't great and the company may want to consider making amendments to that. I had to message as boxes where missing, there are three boxes in total. Mine arrived on three separate days! Overall, this is a good item for the price paid.

I bought these for my children due to space issues and to be honest I was looking for something reasonably priced which these were hence the purchase. They didn't arrive all together and arrived in a couple of different deliveries but that was fine as they arrived alot sooner than estimated. At first look there were a few blemishes to the wood, even a couple of small cracks but it wasn't anything too bad and did not affect the use or look in any way. I did have a problem with the ladder, my 5 year old found it a bit steep but we have a replacement one coming with an extra step and they have also refunded some money because of the defects to the wood and I do think they deserve 5 stars! Overall they look fantastic up,my kids absolutely love them and the company have gone above and beyond to help in any way and have responded very quickly and efficiently to any emails I have sent. Would definitely recommend.

The company are very good to respond to any questions however the instructions weren’t particularly clear! Once we got the hang of it we got through it but there were a few issues! When tightening the screws it cracked the wood plus the smell of it was very strong! Didn’t let my son sleep in it until it went. Assembling the ladder to the bed was unfortunate because you had to un do one of the slates to put the screw in to secure the ladder. However my son absolutely loves it and once we built it we felt so happy so would definitely recommend this product!!!! One happy customer in the end 😉xx
