How is this better/different than the one that sells for $15.99?

I know this question is over a year old, but I wanted to answer because there is something other than the bristles of the brush which was previously pointed out. The size is also different. The other one is sold as a "compact" and is smaller. Amazon shows the Product size as 4.25"L x 4"W x 17"H versus this ‎one which has a Product size of 5"L x 5"W x 18.5"H. So the caddy appears to have a bigger "foot print" and the handle appears to be longer, too.

Mine arrived with a sticker of instructions on it. Is it supposed to come off?

Mine did not come with a sticker, but I would remove it before using.

How is the length of the handle. Is it too long to get a good scrub? Does the angle brush help or get in the way?

It’s the best I’ve found by far. The head is tapered, not angled so you have to work on all sides to reach the low entrance to the trap. Twisting the handle clockwise (so you don’t unscrew the brush) also helps. Replacement brush heads are easy to install. Lowermost bristles wear out first.
