I am using this system for few weeks now. System is nicely built. It has all the features every one look for.Packaging is neatly organised.I connected NVR to power and network cable to router. Connected 4 cameras came with the package to power and verified they are working and can see in NVR screen. I mounted all cameras where I needed.Threee out of 4 camera worked right away. Fourth one not able to communicate to NVR. I suspected antenna issue and contacted customer support and they sent me 10dbi antenna. That did not resolve the issue.I ordered antenna extension. It worked a bit and I saw some latency in the video. Contacted customer support again and they sent me IPC router and that helped to resolve 4 th camera connectivity issue to NVR.Please note that customer support is by email. It is not bad for me. But if any one want to talk to real person then they may not like it. Email support is not bad at all. They respond back quickly.Another thing I liked about the customer support is they order additional hardware needed to make the system you purchased to work to your satisfaction. I think that is what we needed.IPPRO3 app also good. Attached few pics above. Night vision is great. App let you view remote playback as well.Not tested app push alaram yet, as do not want to have too many alarms at this time to my phone.

The system comes with 4 cameras and is expandable to 8. While some complain there is no 800 number for support, they DO respond quickly to emails. There IS definitely useful and responsive support.The IR quality is exceptional.I give motion detection a 3 because it is tricky getting the right balance. (Most of my issues are probably just the this user doesn't always know what he is doing!)The fact that even with all 8 channels in use, the 2 TB drive stores a month of 24/7 video LOCALLY. No storage at some unknown "cloud" site, no fees. It is all in house. The system can also connect to your local network so you can view using your computer or smart phone. You can leave the house and still monitor any/all cameras.The builtin screen is 10", which is a bit small but works in a pinch. Using a HDMI cable you can use a larger monitor.The system comes with a mini mouse, which is nice although corded. If you set the system on a shelf, using the mouse could be a problem. BUT, you can easily install a cordless mouse. Problem solved.I do recommend Cromorc. Overall, it is a great system with the plus's more than offsetting the few minuses.

This system was easy to install, took me longer as I installed electrical outlets for each camera. Setting up the WiFi connection to the app was more challenging, as I’m computer stupid. Good thing the customer service for this company is no less than excellent! It’s a chat service, but it works very well. Their tech support, Cindy, was awesome! She walked me through Everything, even though I found out later that it was 5am where she lives. The camera pictures are very clear, day and night. The only drawback, is you are unable to pan the cameras, but then, you would be paying a lot more for a system that does that. For the price, this system exceeded my expectations.

Video quality is great, hardware is good quality, but it only records 24/7 (no motion activation). It's not incredibly user friendly and is somewhat complicated to navigate. Yes I've read the instructions and messed with the functions repeatedly. It will say that the motion is on, but it continues to record non-stop with no indication of when the motion sensor was activated.

Make sure you understand what you are purchasing. Overall, its a very nice system and I am happy, but I thought I was purchasing 1080 cameras and I purchased 960 and the DVR was 1080 so that was confusing to me. It is not very clear on how to expand with other cameras either. The cameras do not have sound. I have tried to connect other wireless cameras to this system and thus far I have been unable to. The app is very easy to use and very helpful!

you can read the instructions. we had previously ordered a Hiseeu we we were unable to use because the manual was so small you couldn't read it. This set is much easier to install and the tech support is much much better

Very easy set up just read the booklet! I am more than happy! Haven’t figured out the sound but otherwise it’s great to have it’s has it own tablet router type thing for your home that shows you live footage! The app also works well! Just scan QR code

Set this up in an HOA clubhouse/pool area. Liked how easy it was to connect everything wirelessly. The setup instructions kept asking for different configurations, but by accepting the defaults, it simply worked :)
