1205223 Wooden Plate, Black

TBH, I got this just because I wanted it. Didn't really think it would play a functional role in my kitchen BUT, I use this so often. I use it directly on my stove to cook meats and serve on the platter. It also goes in the oven and serves up beautifully. No need for separate cooking pan and serving dish. Love it!

Good for me

Received the item with multiple chips on enamel, which will rust within 1 or 2 use. NOT GOOD.

This product is enameled so it does not need to be seasoned. The quality is great and it is very durable and will last a very long time. I can use this on the stovetop, then transfer to the oven. The only con is that it is smaller than I thought. This can be used to serve individual meals. For example, you can use it to make a steak, finish it in the oven and serve the steak on it with a side or two for an elegant presentation.

まず、ビジュアル。さすがSTAUB だけあって、何を載せてもおしゃれに見えます。 そして使い勝手。3人家族で、ハンバーグを作る際には充分な大きさ。ハンバーグは、グリルに入れて焼くだけなので、楽、そして美味しい。 家族が多いと、確かに小さいかもしれませんが、我が家にはピッタリサイズでした。
