It had already taken a little extra time to get to me since the first one was marked as delivered when it had in fact, not been delivered. Whatever, things happen and they were quick to send me a replacement. Once it got here, I was pretty excited to finally hang up a poster I bought about a month ago only to find that the screws that were provided would not work with my dry wall...There were also no actual instructions to mount it? The slip of paper that tells you how to put the poster in was it. It said something to the effect of "google how to mount". Their official site has some videos which make it look easy enough but when I tried to screw it into my wall, it was really difficult and left marks all over the wall...It would probably be easier with a second pair of hands.At any rate, they say you can also hang it using command strips but I don't have any left so I'll have to buy some and try again. It's just sort of an annoying process but I'm sure once it's up I'll be happy with it. The color is nice and vivid which is exactly what I wanted. It really helps make the poster pop. Putting the poster in is pretty straightforward, just watch your fingers! The frame is metal so it's pretty sharp when it's open.

I really like this frame. I like that it's front loading, easy to open though closing and getting my picture in place was a trick but that's only because of the poster being rolled and how I have the frame mounted. It'll be easier for people using the screws/drywall anchors that come with it.It comes with 2 transparent sheets to protect your posters. One is 100% clear and the other is like a matte anti-glare finish and that's the one I'm using and it's perfect.My only criticism of this frame is that I have some very slight gaps in the corners of the frames, you may notice in my picture. I may go back sometime and see if the frame can be adjusted somehow to make those corners look more flawless.

I received a very important, signed poster from an expo that I really wanted to keep protected and this frame was the way to go. I've previously used the brand before and recommend them with great confidence. The price is a little high but worth it if you really want to ensure the lifespan of a product.

First one of several of these frames I’ve had an issue with. Came fairly crooked, had to adjust the internal screws to make the corners match up. Not a huge deal, but took some finessing to get even. It works now.

Ordered two of these. Very nice posters frames. Certainly a step up from my other frames. The snap feature is much more convenient than bending the metal fingers of normal frames to get the poster in. The frame came with 2 covers, one diffuse (and protected only on one side by packaging) and one glossy (protected on both sides by some packaging). I opted to use the glossy cover, which you can see in the picture I included in my review.I have a few issues with the frame though:1. The frame is not rigid, and can twist side to side. If you lay these against a wall before hanging and leave them there for awhile, make sure to put them even against the wall, otherwise the frame will be slightly twisted (though not enough to cause real issues). Also, the back is flexible, so when you put a poster in the frame, make sure to either have it flush against something (like a table - did not try while on the wall, as I imagine aligning the poster and cover to the slot would be problematic) or hold up the frame so the poster can lay flat.2. When closing the sides, if you let them snap shut, it will actually damage the cover (and I imagine the poster if it closed directly on it). I learned this the hard way, though thankfully the edges mostly conceal the whiting of the cover where the side snapped on it. Gently closing them will prevent this completely.3. The packaging does not seem to adequately protect them during shipping. One of my posters came via FedEx from across the country, and ended up slightly damaged (had to adjust and tighten the frame via the screws under the snap covers - discovered during this one of the screws was stripped; also frame was slightly scuffed as well as a couple corners of the covers, though the cover corners are concealed by the snap covers), but still usable. The other shipped via ONTRAC locally within California, and arrived intact without any real issues (though I still adjusted the frame to try to fix the tolerances between the snap covers at the corners).Overall, they are not perfect, and they are a bit expensive IMO for their faults, but I would probably purchase them again (assuming they hold up). I would recommend them to protect them better in shipping, however.

You really can't go wrong with this poster frame. The most important thing is that the frame you receive is true to the size promised, so you can rest assured that your poster will fit. Beyond that, it's also well made and looks good on the wall. Installing a poster couldn't be easier--just snap it into place. And installing the frame on your wall also shouldn't be too much trouble. The frame comes with a set of wall anchors so you can mount it with screws. However, if you so choose, you can also use an adhesive mount. While the adhesives are not included, that was the option I chose for my own installation, in case I want to move it later.This design of frame is perfect if you've acquired one of those scratch-off posters (for instance, a scratch-off map or a scratch-off list of must-see movies or must-read books) because you can install the poster either with or without a glass or plastic cover. The frame comes with a plastic screen. If you're using it for a scratch-off (as I am), it's quite convenient to leave that screen off so you can scratch the scratch-offs without removing the poster from the frame. When you've completed your project, you can then just install the included plastic screen to keep your poster safe.

I ordered a perfect fit for my poster; the frame came with two sheets of protectant film to place over the poster (one is glossy, and one is matte). The poster and film lay perfectly in the frame (nothing has to be attached or permanent) then the frame edges just snap open and closed. Once they are closed, they hold the poster firmly in place. I ordered black and it looks fabulous!

Wow wow wow. Simply, WOW. At first I went to an overpriced chain to get a frame. The frame LITERALLY broke after a month. I was really unimpressed (and it was an expensive frame). I decided to try this one. The first one came broken but Amazon (those guys are A1 for customer care) decided to refund it with pictures. I got another one and wowowow. Its simply amazing and easy.

Great frame, I will definitely be buying this one again! My daughter drew me a picture and I wanted to frame it, I measured it and then I found this on Amazon, and it's perfect

Amazing product. Who knew that framing could be made so easy and affordable.. to top off it looks good and is well constructed.
