When I received the item and looked at it, the outside sticker said "DDR4-2400," even though I ordered DDR4-2666. I'm thinking, urr, not one of those unreliable vendors again.... But looking inside, I could barely tell that the actual DIMM had VK in its model name. Hynix uses 2-letter code for different speeds, and VK is definitely 2666. So I opened it up, and found proper DIMM as I ordered. I put it into my Lenovo M715q (AMD Ryzen), which came with one of these, and doubled the RAM to 16GB, and more importantly, am now enabling dual-channel memory. In fact, I ordered this specifically because it is the exact match of what the Lenovo came with. I'm sure some other brand would have worked just fine, but since I could match it, I went that way.

I recently bought an asus tuf fx705dt from BB and wanted more memory because, though has decent specs otherwise, it only had 8gb of RAM. This was the same brand of memory installed in the laptop, though the model number was one digit different. I knew it would work though so grabbed it. My computer is now showing it has 16gb dual channel RAM, so I am very happy with my setup.

I purchased this particular DRAM module because it was the same type in my daughter's laptop. She had 8GB and an empty slot begging for another module. So, I snapped in this one and presto: 16GB. No problems at all. I ran a memory test on the laptop - no problems or errors. The seller: My package arrived well packaged, faster than promised and sealed with tamperproof tape to show it had not been opened. Upon installation, the memory "just worked". Simple as that. 100% satisfied and both thumbs up!

I purchased this RAM for an upgrade to my laptop. They have other options (4, 8, 16 GB) but I'm running two 8 GB cards. Purchased it for under $40 and it will probable all I'll need, for now ;)

There might be some of you that have an Acer Nitro 5 and don't know if this will fit inside of the machine and yes, it does and it provides a 20% to 30% preformace boost. This is the cheaper option that works very well but if your looking for a serious upgrade get the hyper X impact RAM which works better for gaming over all. But this is a great product.

This memory stick was an exact match the one installed on my HP Laptop 17t-by000. This laptop does not have a little trap door like my older Dell laptop. You actually have to split the whole case open to access the memory slots, the hard drive, and the battery. A very poor design by HP. The computer recognized the memory and now I can run multiple programs without getting slowed down.

I got this ram stick specifically because my laptop came with the same. I play around with large models and complex models and wanted to improve the experience by doubling the ram. It showed instant improvement after the installation

Well, it is just a stick of RAM. The product I got was the same one that was listed. Plus, it arrived way ahead of time despite needing to have it shipped to Australia. You can't go wrong with this if you need a similar SODIMM module.
