Great look

I have struggled for a while with frizzy hair despite trying expensive conditioners. Since I have gotten older my hair has had a different texture and has not grown as quickly as it used to. I remember my mother complaining about having dry hair when I was young, and she used VO5 to tame it. However, she had a short haircut which made this product perfect for her. I wondered about whether I could use this on my longer hair without making it greasy. I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised. It takes so little - just a small amount over the surface of my hair - to tame the frizzy and make my hair look so much better. The only thing I would change is to neutralize the scent. It is a little strong but not overwhelming and it does go away eventually.... definitely not a deal-breaker. I will always have this on hand.

Great for dry hair

I bought this to help control static cling, which it works great. I hate having alien face hugger hair. I don't mind the smell, but when the old commercial says, "A little dab will do ya" they are not joking. litterally a pea size dab, will do you, and I have a jaw/shoulder length hair, fine texture, gray. I remember my parents using this. I used this after a bad perm about 40 years ago. a whole tube. NO JUST A LITTLE DAB.... took dawn dish soap to get that whole tube out of my hair. Other than youthful stupidity, it's a decent product, and won't cost you an arm and a leg, to maintain controllable hair. But you get too heavy handed with it, your hair will look a tad greasy. Stick with a pea size. no matter how long your hair is.. ( at the time of my burn our perm, my hair was waist length)

It works well.

Over the decades my hair has changed & I now have what I call “witchy” hair. It goes more than a little bit wild (not a good look). I’ve tried a few other products but didn’t get satisfactory results. This product has given me the best results! Tamed the “witchy” & improved my hair condition. This product has given me excellent results with a very minimal cost.

I have thick coarse dry curly grey hair. This worked really well. I just used a small amount on towel dried hair. Not near the roots. I let my hair dry naturally and my curls came out defined and shiny. I wanted to stop using hair dryer and straighteners as I felt these were damaging my hair. I am very satisfied with the results.

Items ordered and delivered in a timely manner. I have used this product before. This formula seemed a bit more watered down than previously purchased and used. Otherwise I’d have given it 5 stars
