Functional Upgrade For My Jumbo Joe
Can you grill without these? Sure, I did so for years. That said they really do make adjusting the vents easier and were simple to install. I just needed to drill a couple of holes and bend a 90 in my vent tab. I like “fun” mods. Hopefully they hold up, but feel well made.

Such a simple yet effective mod for your Weber kettle.
I purchased this handle for both of my Weber kettles. Such a quality of life improvement. No longer do I have to wack the vents to open or close them. Handle stays cool to the touch even when doing a high heat burn-off. The leverage on the vents is pretty nice too.Installation was simple, drill a hole in the upright of the vent, thread in the handle and install the nut. If you have some thread locker I do suggest using some as the heat and cooling cycles may loosen the handle over time.

Quality product, easy install
I really like these on my Weber smoky mountain, they are sturdy, do not heat up and look good. I simply drilled a small hole in the existing vent tab and put them on. Took me less than 10 minutes.

Works well
Not much to say, this product works fairly well to enhance the damper on my Weber 22in kettle grill. I had to drill out a small hole to thread the handle through and hand tightened the nut. Drilling was super easy as the OEM handle is made out of aluminum. I don't feel like I need to tighten the nut down anymore than hand-tight and it hasn't come loose after about 4 months of semi-regular use.

Worked great on 18” Weber camp grill
Used a drill to make a hole in metal handles for upper and lower vents on my Weber 18” Joe I use for camping and tightened the vents. Also bent those tabs slightly so these handles won’t be against the hot grill. Now, I get great airflow control for cooks and can adjust the vents without burning my fingers. Very nice little mod. Works perfect.

Works on Multiple Weber Products
I bought 5 of these to put my the aluminum damper vent tabs on my Weber 22" kettle and my 18" Weber Smokey Mountain. Used a step bit to drill the hole. Keeps me from burning my fingers when controlling the temps on both.
