Will this score or cut chipboard

Not sure if it was chipboard as such but very thick card and did score but won’t cut as it is a scoring tool not a cutting tool.

Which blade cuts balsawood on the cricut maker

The knife blade but although I have the knife blade I can’t use it because I cannot use with the iPad only a desktop computer.

Yes, it should. If it says it is for the Maker, that includes Maker 3.

Is this wheel and housing compatible with the Cricut Explore Air 2?

No, it’s only compatible with the Maker. It fits in the blade holder rather than the pen holder. The Maker checks that you have the right tool fitted in this holder. It is very good though and much better for 3D objects than the scoring ‘pen’.
