Good budget precision gaming RGB color-changing mouse!
Not sure what sleep mode is, at least not for mice... but I can tell you this mouse is a pretty good buy. Mind you, I found it on sale for under 20 dollars. So far, using it for anything from AAA shooter games to minecraft where you need a good mouse to move things between inventories faster, I would say it's a good mouse overall. It's very precise for shooter games. There's a button on the top underneath the wheel and between the RMB and LMB, that allows you to quickly change between 4 speeds of movement sensitivity. This is very helpful for games that change your sensitivity during certain moments, such as when you aim down a sniper scope. As for comfortability I think that's where this mouse suffers. It's not designed to fit a human hand exactly, but it's comfortable enough for anybody who doesnt mind holding something that feels slightly unnatural. The buttons on this mouse seem to be designed great. The wheel rolls comfortably in clicks. There are 2 buttons where your thumb would go, at least for right-hand users. This mouse would likely work fine for left-handed users theoretically, but they wouldn't have easy access to those thumb buttons. And finally, the mouse has a quite pleasing display of changing colors. You can't customize how it does this (to my knowledge, but with modding who knows what you could do!).For the money, so far this mouse is doing the job properly and the lights are great to look at. It's such a great buy, in fact, that it inspired me to write this review.

Pretty Decent Quality for the Price
Great quality for the price, fits nice in my hand and is nice and smooth movement. Much better than some cheap Walmart mouse that will cost more than this model. Colors are nice, although it would be nice to be able to control the color cycle. Overall great product can't go wrong with this price!

Nice Mouse, but no customization
The initial impression is that this is a decent gaming mouse for the money. Definitely seems well built and worth the few dollars. However, you will not have a way to customize the light patterns and buttons! The Aikun website is based out of China and has very little functionality here in the US. Most of the link/page buttons don't work (in Chrome or Edge) and the only software manual or driver you can find for this GX55 is actually for the GX38. Once you manage to work your way around bad links to the actual GX55 product, which doesn't look very much like the one being sold here, and go to the bottom where the manual and driver are supposed to reside, you are back to the GX38. Now, maybe the GX38 and GX55 share the same driver software? Well I tried that. The download .zip file pops all the warnings on your Windows software for unknown publisher, and you take the risk of running it, it won't run....period.Bottom line, nice mouse, no customized functionality. Personally, my next mouse won't come from Aikun.

No drivers
The mouse works as it should regarding button function. It is fairly comfortable. None of the software dependent functions work since there is no software provided or on their website. If your looking for a functional mouse, then this works. If you are wanting to program the buttons and lights move on. That requires software that is not in the box or on their website.

Ultimately a WASTE of Money
This mouse seems great at first. It's programmable so you can set custom DPI and custom colors. I really liked that. But almost as soon as I started using this mouse for actual gaming, the Middle Button/Mouse Wheel Button broke. It still clicks, but no longer scrolls which is very frustrating. Luckily I also picked up a very cheap GX52, so I guess I will use that until I get a permanent replacement. In conclusion: If you plan to game, DON'T BUY THIS. If you want to LOOK like you game, but you really just watch netflix/youtube, buy it. It's a sweet mouse. The laser even looks like a batman signal kinda.

Nice mouse...but missing some gaming functionality
I want to start this review by saying that for the price, this is a nice mouse (I purchased the GX52 model). It feels nice in the hand, a little smaller than most gaming mice I've owned and a bit longer, so not quite as comfy to use but definitely not awkward. It's light and extremely responsive. The cord as a nice length to it. The buttons click nicely but not loudly, just in a very satisfying way.But...I have submitted a return for it. Why? Because in the game I'm using it for, I use the left and right mouse buttons (held down together) to run and have used the thumb buttons to cast spells on the go and this mouse does not allow for that. The thumb buttons work, but only when the left and right mouse buttons are not being depressed. I had messaged Aikun to inquire about this and it is working as intended so it is going to go back. This is the first gaming mouse that hasn't allowed for this. I'm sad to have to send it back, but I just really need that functionality. If you don't need that, then I would definitely recommend this mouse as great bang for your buck.

Average value even at the sub $20 price point
Pros:-Great value-Functions well after adjustments with x-mouse software-Cycling RGB lights are prettyCons:-Very lightweight-Cheap feeling plastic-Back and forward buttons were reversed (required use of free "X-Mouse" software to correct).-No ability to modify or disable RGB lightsUpdate:After several months, the mouse wheel started having issues. Scrolls up and down are occasionally not registering. Not good.

Great quality
I've had a mouse of this brand before and wanted to buy another. It only just gave out after five years of use. Very good brand, effective and long lasting. Will be buying again.

Not great as a gamer mouse, maybe ok for school or office.
Mouse has a nice hand fit, pretty lights. The 2 thumb buttons on the side, the bottom one is ok, the upper one is hard to reach unless you are E.T. Would have been better if they were stacked vertically rather than side by side. Major problem is you can not hold left and / or right mouse buttons and use Mouse Button 5 or MB4 (side buttons) They just will not work. Period. Soo you can't run and shoot, cast, or anything that requires left and or right mouse buttons. I use MB5 for blink as a mage in World of Warcraft, which I have to use on the run. As a work around, I put blink on a keybind and will use MB4/mb5 for stand in place casting.
