What you have delivered, however, is a complete deception. The dates are exceptionally small—barely matching the baseline size of a standard Ajwa date—with an incorrect seed-to-pulp ratio and a completely dry, off taste. It appears you are passing off the lowest possible grade of dates, or a completely different country of origin, under the premium Medjool label. ​To give you some perspective on quality control: as a long-time patron of elite hospitality standards like The Oberoi Sukhvilas, I know exactly what uncompromising, world-class excellence looks like. Once someone experiences true luxury and top-tier quality, they cannot be fooled by substandard imitations. Your product doesn't even score a zero on that scale; it is completely unacceptable. ​Charging a premium for Medjool dates and delivering this baseline, shriveled quality is misleading and an insult to your customers' intelligence. If you want to sustain a business and retain customers for a lifetime, you must deliver actual quality, not feed people subpar products just to make a quick profit. ​I have attached a side-by-side comparison image of what authentic premium Medjool dates look like versus the miniature dates you delivered. Quality was good but weight wasn’t as described in destabilising we got only 400gms instead of 500gms so dealer is not honest and can anytime play raid so be cautious

For staters, I'm not the type to buy food online. But I found myself craving dates for some strange reason. It's fall but the temps haven't dropped (no arctic blast) yet before I purchased so I was Not expecting perfection! But that is what I got - Perfection! It arrived on time, was in mint condition, and I cannot find a bad date in that entire box!! Here's what I did with my dates: smoothie, on top of oatmeal, coconut date balls (yum) etc.... Also, I feel good after I eat them. Want more!😍

I ordered this because of the amazing reviews. I am fan of dates, I usually get them from whole foods but this time I wanted to try other brands. The package arrived half open on one side. There was a barcode on top of the barcode. I felt it's an old box that has been sent. As it is not returnable, I opened it. The dates are not ripe and every single date has some spot/s (marked on the photo)on it. Never seen spots on the dates I got from whole foods. This is not done. Quality control needs to do their job. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

When I ordered these and three more packages of them I was daydreaming of those super nice dates from costco. Well, that is not what i got. These were not nice and moist or juicy or plump. Some would have made a great baseball. I would surely not do this again. Perhaps i might order directly from India. Or maybe directly from Costco. But when i order the best of dates that is exactly what i expect. Not this garbage. What a disappointment.
