In the parameter description above it says it is 4.5 kw and in another place it says it is 3 kw. which is it? 3kw at 240 volts is only 12.5 amps

please explain drain function. Is the drain supposed to be open all the time during operation? Or is it just to drain the tank after use?

The steam generator needs to be drained manually. The drain valve needs to be closed when the machine is working, and then drain the tank after use. If the drain valve is opened during use, no steam will be produced. Thank you
