Is this adapter compatible with the samsung qn90b as i cannot get it to work

I've tried it with my QN90B and QN90A and can't get a picture. When I reset the Wii, There is a brief second where I hear the background sound but it goes off.

Will this convert a wii to an hdmi arc tv port

Yes it connected my wii to an hdmi cable to connect to tv

I have one of these. It works fine for 10 mins then the screen goes blank with a message saying hdmi 576i@50hz. Any ideas?

Try to change the hdmi cable it should work longer then

Anyone else have slight diagonal wavy lines on screen using this?

I'm also having the same annoying issue. I bought two of these and tested on two different TVs and could see the diagonal lines. Weirdly enough it comes and goes and if you set the wii to anything else other 480p, it works fine, which doesn't help much.
