I used this product with the Lustrous Henna dark brown combined to give me a darker tone. I wanted it as close to black as possible. I have a head full of grey and for many years I've been dying it with over the counter permanent hair dyes. Eventually those started to make my skin break out in a rash so I decided to give this a try. It was is an amazing product! I absolutely love it! My hair feels and looks healthier. The color is rich and the mix of those two hennas gave me the black I was looking for. It is safe enough to use all the time and did not make me break out in a rash. It is all natural so it is safe. I had read somewhere while I was reading about henna in general that instead of mixing it with water you can mix it with coconut milk. I decided to that instead but water works just as well. It's a wonderful product and I can't imagine using anything else. Like any henna, it's messy but once you get used to manipulating it all it becomes easier. I can't say enough good things about it.
