Why should the French get all the fun? This sauce is tangy, spicy, lemony. It will liven up any kind of fish prepared any kind of way. I used it on air-fried sea bass with an excellent result.

This is great sauce. Just add any fish to it and you have a gourmet meal.

Reminds my husband of flavors from home. It's very tasty and I enjoy it too.

Sauce amazing with firm fish like cod. Added dried apricots, preserved lemons, and olives. Problem is both times I ordered 2 bottles of any Mina product one is open or broken and unable to get refund or replacement. They need much better shipping oversight.

I did not use this sauce on fish. I used it as a tiki marsala type simmer sauce and dressed it up with chili pepper flakes as it is very mild. Was good with rice, browned chicken and mixed vegetables.
