I bought two one for my bathroom and one for my kitchen , great product . The first one I bought stopped working after a month I reached out to the seller and he offered me a refund , I replaced the batteries later to find out that the batteries were out due to the usage as I use it frequently. Please replace your battery if the dispenser stop working after a month or two . I bought another one for my kitchen and they both work great

Worked great for a year and a half. Then it would not pull the soap through anymore. I tried cleaning it out, but it still wouldn’t work. I assume it’s clogged somewhere I couldn’t reach. I had to throw it away. I enjoyed while it lasted.

I got these two dispensers to replace previous auto dispensers that barely dribbled out the soap. Both new ones started out good, dispensing a good amount at the first motion detection. Then within a few days, one of them, which was in the kitchen and used more frequently just decided it was gonna take its sweet time dispensing. The first motion detection would barely dispense anything, if at all. Then it would take at least 2-3 and sometimes 4-5 attempts to build up enough soap to clean my hands. The other one in the guest bath, which got much less use was consistent and would dispense as it did in the beginning. At this writing, it hasn't missed a beat. The other one, well, I just accept it and keep dispensing 4-5x to get enough soap.

nice shape fits on sink but doesn't use alot of room but after using for a month it does not work like it should, replaced batterys after one month This product after about 4months started leaking the soap from the bottom. Plus even when changing the batteries it did not work properly. Would never buy again.

I purchased 2 of these soap dispensers to use in my bathroom and kitchen, and I absolutely love them, they work perfectly, much better than any other dispenser I've ever used, I will say when first using them, that they give out it little too much soap at one time, but I found that quickly moving your hand away from the dispenser after you have the amount of soap in your hand that you are happy with stops the soap from running out any further, so with that in mind, it's perfect. And the price is awesome! I plan to order several more in the future as gifts.

When I first got this, I loved it and thought it was a great product for the price. But 60 days later it started slowing down the dispensing of soap and now you need to try 2-3 times to get even a small amount of soap. Since I'm out of the 30 day return window, not much I can do now. Buy at your own risk!

It's not worth it. Worked fine for a week and them it stop working. Put new batteries to check if that was the problem but still wouldn't work. It's going to the trash can. Wouldn't recommend... 😩

I've had this for a few weeks now in my kitchen and it works great. You can even leave your hand underneath it for a few seconds longer and get more soap. We cracked up at the fact that it has a chime function that chimes every time you put your hands under it. I guess it could come in handy for someone with little ones that like to waste soap, but you can turn the function off if you don't want to use it.

I got this as a shampoo dispenser but it gets clogged if left unused for over a day. Best to be used with sanitizer.
