This is a game changer for me. I LOVE fresh oysters, but have always struggled to open them … to the point that I hesitate buying them. I just bought a half dozen to test it and had them all cleanly opened in about three minutes. I’m buying more for my family and friends.

Very nice product. The oyster holder is very high quality. Holds all oysters very nicely. I use a piece of paper towel under my oysters to prevent the oyster from slipping. High quality knife. The small point makes opening the oysters very easy as it doesn’t take much pressure to do the job. Great value.

Not sturdy on counter. Too small to really grip edge… and slips. Less danger using just a glove
