I’m a female in my late 60’s. I’m using this product to help strengthen my bones and to aid the bone density medication I’m taking. Additional benefits I’ve noticed are a definitely increased libido and response, plus a deeper and longer sleep. I use as instructed (about one half teaspoon rubbed on a”thin skin” area daily. Because of my age, I don’t skip the seven days each month but use all month long. My only question concerned what a “thin skin” area was since no examples were given. However, I decided to apply it to each inner thigh because that’s where most hormonal replacement creams are used. Good product!
