Cello Chef Deluxe Hot-Pot Insulated Casserole Food Warmer/Cooler, 7.5-Liter

We made a hot dish to bring to my daughters camp. We place the food in the insulated holder at 9 a.m. And when we opened it to eat later in the afternoon, at 2 p.m., it was still HOT. Great item, we may buy another one in a different size.

I absolutely love love this hot/cold dish. It came just in time to carry on our campingvtrop where we had a huge fish fry. I used it to keep the fried fish hot. It was perfect. Great size and the fish stayed hot tll the last piece was eaten. Would recommend!!!

To whom it may concern: I liked that I did not have to plug this 2 gallon thermos hot pot into a wall receptical-to keep my food hot. I did not have to bother with cords. I did not have to light any food candles underneath aluminum foil tins of food, which was nice. I used this hot pot for a church celebration. The church had the air conditioning turned up that day, and it was quite chilly in the sanctuary, where the food was being served. This hot pot did keep the food warm for 3 1/2 hours, while we listened to the sermon. The food was very hot when I first filled the pot, but 3 1/2 hours later it was still warm., but it wasn’t quite as warm as I would have liked it to be. I think that the food would have stayed much warmer if there would have been an insulated carrying case, that also came with the hot pot, to allow the hot foods to stay warmer for a longer amount of time. Maybe the insulated case could cover the whole pot, and just leave the handles sticking out-so that you could use the handles to carry the pot? I think an insulated carrying case would’ve helped your product. Keep hot foods warmer for a longer amount of time. I know that I would love to have an insulated carrying case for my hot pot. I liked it very much.It was huge in size, as for catering purposes. I had to return it, since it is not useful for a small household. But fast shipping & it was a great product.

Tried it a few times and even after heating the element with hot hot water first it does not keep food hot for very long

Kept my food hot for several hrs at church potluck!

This arrived with a couple of dings. The size of this item is much larger than I expected. I have not used it yet, but when I bring my meatballs with bbq sauce to a potluck, my containers where never large enough. This issue seems to be resolved. I'll send in my review afterwards

Very useful. Keeps the food hot for a long time. Useful when inviting guests.
