My secret special ingredient!!!
This is my top secret drool worthy special ingredient that makes all my baked goods taste professional!!! I’m known for my cookies. This adds a strong undertone of butter to the vanilla without being “too much” of a butter or vanilla taste, butstill makes every bite of my baked goods taste fresh out of the oven even days later. Bakes like a dream every time! All I can say is YUMMY! It’s an alcohol free, vegan/dairy free, nut free, sugar free, Kosher, and Halal friendly flavored emulsion that I can use instead of (or in addition to) any classic extract. I’m just glad Amazon sells this larger version at a great price (especially compared to pure vanilla extract), so I don’t have to keep buying a tiny bottle every couple weeks. I also love that this bottle is plastic and closes easier so it hasn’t leaked like the smaller ones used to. I used to have to HUNT for it locally, but not anymore! 🤤🫶🏽😋 This is by far my favorite of all LorAnn’s variety available.

Absolutely the best!!!
For years I like many Americans have used the same supermarket (you know the brand) for years. It always had an alcohol taste..but ...it was supposed to be the best ..NOT SO!!! What a difference this brand has made in my recipes! I don't have to use very much to get great flavor, making this a great value. If you use almond flavoring or extract, give this a try. You're gonna love it!! Also..the maple is wonderful too!!

Tastes as incredible as it smells!
I am going to start this off with stating that I am by no means a pastry chef..... more like maybe semi-competent food network junkie. My absolute favorite flavor in any pastry is almond, and not the nutty almond...... Im after that sweet smelling Marzipan flavor. Let me tell you, this emulsion really delivers both in flavor and aroma! ( i may have dropped the bottle with the cap loose enough that it popped off and about a tablespoon splashed out. OMG My kitchen smelled AMAZING for a couple hours after i cleaned it up lol! ) The best part is that the flavor didn't bake out and the recommended 1 to 1 conversion was spot on. I would always have to up the amount of the store bought almond flavors with very mixed results. My very first bake was an Almond Poppy seed bundt cake and I've already had to remake it twice since. This is now a kitchen staple for me!

Very citrus-y
Doesn't taste the way I thought it would, I was really intrigued by the name so I got it and made cupcakes, I used this in yellow batter in place of the vanilla. It was good, everyone liked it it's like almondy-citrus flavor. It's good, just not at all what I expected lol.

Just like Real coconut
I was very impressed with this emulsion. Just like real coconut- no fake smell to it. I made coconut cookies with unsweetened coconut and some of this emulsion. They were very popular. I am glad I read the bottle though - SHAKE before using ! ( as it is an emulsion and not an extract ) I will definitely try other LORANN emulsion because of the quality of this product.

Amazing!
When I first opened this, I was very doubtful, the taste and smell were not great at all. However, I tried the following: 1 oz Avocado oil, 3/4 tsp water, 1/16 tsp salt, 9 drops emulsion. Heated and whisked then put on a toasted bagel. It doesn't have the mouth coating of butter, but the taste was really excellent! My wife was even more sceptical and was also amazed. The avocado oil gives a slight nutty flavor which is also fine.

The smell alone is worth it
Oh my goodness this was incredible from the first time I used it. I'm a baker and I wanted a flavour that didn't get baked away like a lot of extracts do. Honestly this smells like heaven and a little bit goes a long way in making an impact in smell and flavour. I add this into my sugar cookies as well as the icing and it's just sooo good. It is pricey but I think it really increases the quality and the smell alone will make your mouth water. Great quality product.

Great flavour for baking
I used this for strawberry lemon cupcakes and I was super impressed. The flavour didn't bake out like many other extracts I've baked with over the years. I also used it to make strawberry icing and it was delicious. It is sweetened, so whatever you use it in, make sure you cut back the sugar (if possible) to balance it out, but the flavour is nice, fruity and doesn't have that after taste or fake flavour that you can sometimes get from extracts.

Brings a depth of flavour to vegan (butter-free) cookies
My child's partner recently came to visit, and I was eager to show off my baking skills. Unfortunately, she is lactose intolerant and has allergies to gluten. Nit a great way to show off my cookies. I'm so happy to have found this. Even though you still need to use vegan butter, this emulsion adds a rich, buttery vanilla flavor that vegan butter alone can't provide (at least none that I've tried).I've used it in other baked goods such as cakes and brownies, as well as icing and puddings. I've used it in everything, and it's been a hit. It's not a replacement for a high quality vanilla, but it's a really good substitute. One thing to note - the emulsions are suspended in water. This is only important when working with chocolate, because water will cause it to seize, making your chocolate grainy and lumpy instead of smooth and silky. It wasn't a big deal for me, and not something worth losing any stars for, just something to keep in mind.
