I replaced an aging NetStreams video distribution system with this unit. I'm Impressed with the video quality of this Matrix, it's equal to those systems costing twice as much. Setup was strait forward once you determine the IP Address and access the unit in your browser. A quick start guide would be helpful to those who are novice with this type of equipment, but the support from No Hassle is excellent. Once setup it's simple to use and the pass through IR on the unit works great. If you need to stream Video with Audio to multiple TV's, this is the system for you.

The product went down a few months ago with malfunctions... Tech support was on it for a bit, and then became non-responsive. I'm hoping we can get this resolved with the replacement they mentioned...Thanks.

Finally found a A/V HDR Matrix in my price range. I needed the audio channels to be separated from the HDMI channels.To me the set up was pretty straight forward. Connected a few devices to the HDMI input and TVs to the HDBaseT out and audio receivers to the HDMI out. Was able to successfully show any of the input to any of the output or all at the same time.Great customer service too. I received a quick response to a question I had about the matrix.

Good product for the money. Not installers friendly, but very solid. Tech support is there as many times as you need. This particular unit has 3 commands to switch between I/O.There are no tutorials for this particular unit to link it up with Harmony and it has longer switching time. IR signals are on it's own frequency so it can not be connected directly from IR in to IR out. There is insufficient amount of IR transmitters and blasters. In total there are 8 IR ins and Outs, but only 4 are provided. EDID Settings are a bit confusing, but manageable with tech support.

I cannot recommend Alex and the rest of the No Hassle AV team enough.The product functions magnificently with my various TVs (LG, Samsung, Vizio) and Amplifiers (Denon, Onkyo).After a couple of initial hickups with my EDID set up (completely my learning curve), I now have all of my equipment located in my server rack and distributing 4k Dolby Vision / HDR with Dolby Atmos from my Nvidia Shields to every room of the house via Cat 6 cables.Although I am an enthusiast, and not a professional - I happily vouch for this equipment and the seller with my highest recommendation!Thanks again Alex!

I purchased the 4 X 4 Matrix for my new rack and it has switched 4K Video and ATMOS sound seamlessly. I used the IR and switching functions to centralize all of my gear in one rack. Works as advertised.

I bought this HDBaseT matrix switcher to replace an aging component video system I installed in my house years ago. Now there's 1/10th of the wires and the whole thing just works beautifully. I liked it so much, I bought a second one for a vacation house.
