I’ve been using Ott lights for years and this one’s my fave! This is my second time buying this model because it’s the perfect size for my jewelry making table and I especially love the ‘split light’ feature!

Great light that provides excellent coverage and flexibility

Lightweight, bright, light adjustable, easy to use.

I am going to try this out for crafting, but my initial feeling is it isn't bright enough. I may return.

Update: I have had this lamp for 9 months and it no longer works. Getting it to turn on is hit and miss and when it does come on it only stays on a few minutes. The mode button no longer works, nor does the timer button.I spent more money on this lamp based on name brand recognition and reputation, but honestly I have had ten dollar lamps from Wal-Mart that were far brighter and lasted for years and not just months. I am very disappointed in this lamp.I bought this light to help with weeding vinyl graphics but honestly it is not bright enough to help with that but it really is the perfect light for my desk, so I'm not disappointed in the purchase.

Love this light for working on quilting. Wide light or focused light. Ottlights are the best!

I have the first, travel-appropriate, folding version. That still works for me. If you have a place for this one at home, it is a big improvement. It is so easy to adjust for detailed work at a table, or on a side table. I find Ott lights a necessity for thread/yarn work in the evening, or on cloudy days.

Was very irritated at first because it would turn off right as I was in the middle of something. Sometimes it would stay on for an hour, sometimes it would turn itself off after just a minute or two. Had to keep turning it back on. The one I replaced , Ott light, was doing the same thing... I'd had it over 5 years, so I just assumed it was time to replace it . That's what prompted me to purchase this one.... and then right out of the box... it did the same thing. I wish I hadn't thrown away my old one. Maybe it was ok..

Great light that is very functional. I love that I can adjust the direction of the lights and that there are so many lighting options. The soft/natural light option is reducing the number of headaches I get from working at my computer.

I had an old Ottlite that just broke, it served me very very well. And wanted to go back to the same brand, and it doesn't dissapoint, the selling feature for me was the two arms.

One on each corner of my large art table ogives me lighting I need. Like the 3 modes of light although wish is was more like gradual dimmer feature. Folds small and compact

It took me a few orders ,but I finially got it right with this one.I love this light would recommend this one
